She placed all cheep flowers in the two big displays. None of the flowers I asked for. I requested all pastel colors and I got primary colours and mostly yellow sunflowers. I was devastated . They did follow directions for the table flowers and for the bridal bouquet and wedding party bouquets. The men boutonnières were not fresh and wilted and browned right away and so did my mother Corsage. Horrible! I called Kim to complain and she was very argumentative and denied that she used cheep flowers. She did! Charged me $1000 for two arrangements that weren't worth $100 each. Disgusting! Stay away and don't trust this florist.

For 35 minutes over 3 departments? I ask about the items, oh they must've been displaced, you can go get them and we'll check the bag before you go. I would also say that the staff we encountered were really nice and helpful. At least three different people asked how we were and if we needed assistance while we were walking around.
