Called and made an appointment for a facial. Hard to make an appointment due to their time schedule and mine, but finally got one in. The room where you get your facial is too small. The gurney is against the wall so the person doing my facial can't walk around me, but it was okay. She searched for every black head she could find on my nose and face. Very thorough. Also very painful having those pushed out, but I felt like I definitely got my moneys worth. The second time I went, I had a different person doing my facial, and she wasn't as through as the first person, but it was ok. Getting your underarm waxed here isn't painful. It was okay, but I feel like the European Wax Center does a better job. Still gonna come back here though for facials and underarm waxing due to the cost and convenience of free parking.
