Cannot recommend JP enough. Within minutes of selecting a shipping option on their website, I had pickup scheduled and delivery window set. Driver picked up my vehicle in Mississippi exactly when he was supposed to, sent about 100 pictures prior to loading and showed up a little early to Upstate NY, despite blizzard like conditions. After reading nightmare reviews left by customers for many of the large auto transport companies despite all the paid-for "top 5" articles saying how great they are, I was very nervous about finding an honest and reliable company to have my vehicle shipped. Even though it's a 14-year-old Wrangler with pinstripes and now transmission issues, I'm sentimentally attached to it! I finally went with JP Auto Transport after seeing a post from them on Reddit. They were more expensive than the lowest quote I received by about $100, but they were very responsive, were semi-local to my area, and believed they could get my marginally operational vehicle from Las Vegas to LA within about two days of my booking. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to deliver my Jeep a day earlier than expected, and in an enclosed trailer even though I hadn't paid extra to request enclosed storage when I booked the shipment. I recommend them to others and would use them again, although hopefully I don't have to! read more

I really wanted to provide good feedback for this company; unfortunately, I cannot. I tried doing the online quote and received a price of 1895 - a great price. The system did not send me a confirmation or a text. No biggie. I called them the next day and they referenced the quote and said they would get back to me with a pick up time within the next 72 hours. Well it has been a week - no call no pick up no nothing. Pretty bad. I would have settled for a call at 72 hours telling me they could not hire anyone for the price they quoted. Oh well. I found someone that picked up the car in 24 hours. The pricing of $1450 grabbed my attention to go from CA to NC. I booked it 2 weeks before my trip and 4 days prior, they still couldn't find me a truck. Had me very worried. The rep on the phone was sweet and understanding but my stress levels were through the roof. I also was the one asking all the questions, it wasn't told to me on the phone when I called the first time. Recommend going over all the fine details with the customer when they initially reach out to your company to make it seem like you want the business! Anyway, ended up booking with another provider who promised the car would leave their lot within 2 days and they pulled through. This post isn't to bring down this company, I have read great reviews. Perhaps they would be better with a local commute or if you were going to a larger city, let's say NYC. read more

JP auto transport pricing was not the lowest but I decided to pay a little more for the service that earned the 5 stars as shown in YELP. Sure enough they performed and delivered as promised within the time frame and price quoted. There was always someone answered your calls and gave you information needed and that's important. Reasonable costs good service, on time, no issues.

Price was good compared to others. When I first contacted they were really friendly. My downside was the huge lack of communication. I must of called and texted every day and either there was no response or they said they are looking into it and will get back to me (never got back to me) and then no response when I text again. Delivery was supposed to be on a Sunday and no contact from them. They didn't even tell me when my car was going to be delivered. I had to call the company they hired and then they had to get me to the local delivery place. Yes 3 different companies my car went through. It was just a HUGE lack of communication when makes me feel uncomfortable when I'm supposed to trust a company with my car. My car was delivered late or I guess they say "Typically between 2-4 days" mine was after 4 days. But I have my car now and that's all that matters. read more

I recently purchased a car online, site-unseen, from Audi Rancho Mirage. They offered me a shipping quote, but I thought I might be able to do better on my own, and in fact I was able to get quotes for 40% less than the original. I got several quotes, but ultimately selected JP Auto Transport (which I found by searching local Yelp reviews, versus the various transport quote aggregators) because, frankly, Kevin Parada's email response was, in addition to being very prompt, also very human. His explanation for why he couldn't offer a quote quite as low as some of the others I'd received gave me confidence that his was a high quality outfit and that, hopefully, the drivers would be compensated fairly. Kevin was as pleasant as he was professional. And I was completely unprepared for how fast the entire process took place. Based on reviews I'd read for other services elsewhere, I was expecting a lag of a couple days to pick up my car and up to 1-2 weeks before I'd receive it. So I was surprised when he told me my car would be picked up from the dealer within a few hours of my initiating the request, surprised again when he told me I should expect to receive it in 5 days, and then totally unprepared when it actually arrived 2 days later. The transporter was a contractor, but Kevin assured me that they vet their contractors very carefully. And when the truck showed up, I realized any concerns I'd had were fully unfounded. The driver texted that he'd be arriving within a couple minutes of the scheduled drop-off time, and when I opened my front door, my new car was already parked in my driveway. And, further reassuring was the fact that it had traveled along with a Ferrari, a Tesla and a Mercedes. The whole thing was top-notch. read more

I was concerned about transporting my wife's Camaro convertible and our '69 Corvette from Florida to California. I researched several companies and came across JP Auto Transport. Here are the facts. I hired JP Auto to ship my vehicle from California to Virginia one week in advance. There were no updates or communication leading to the first available pick up date. I called to ask for an update as usually shipping companies pick up on Day 1. They said due to COVID, there is a shortage of drivers. Day 2, I call for update. Nothing yet. Day 4, no communication from JP. I call they said they're still waiting. Fast forward to Day 10, still no communication from JP and wife is having to purchase a rental because she doesn't have her vehicle. I fired JP, hired another company. They called me back within 30 minutes with a driver and the vehicle picked up two days after booking. They've already communicated with me more times in a span of 3 days than JP has ever. I also called, emailed and text JP to cancel, with no word yet. read more

I had been dealing with a different transport company for over a month and in 12 hours Kevin Parada got more accomplished than the other guys; he got the truck reserved, the pick up window time, and a GPS tracker.
