In addition, he was disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. He also threatened to have my vehicle impounded if upon arrival at the repair location, the mechanic was unavailable which I found to be inappropriate and concerning. After this experience, I contacted AAA to file a formal complaint and requested that they review this company's conduct and its eligibility to remain part of AAA's service network. I also want other AAA members to know that if this company is dispatched to assist you, you have the right to refuse service and request a different towing provider.
