My treatment took an unexpected turn for the worst and I was stranded there without a ride. I contacted Ks Taxi and got an immediate response, and I was able to pay with an alternate payment method. They accept PayPal, debit, Credit, and Cash App. My Driver was amazing!! He knew I was tired and thirsty and offered to stop so we could get a cold fountain drink. I highly recommend Ks Taxi their customer service goes above and beyond any in town .

It's also extremely frustrating that most taxi companies in this area close by 6 PM. The transportation options here are truly lacking. I forgot to mention i contacted them at 5pm, and watched them leave the location at approximately 7ish? Never got a confirmation canceling my appointment.

VERY unprofessional…read more I have taken Elite Taxi for over a year now. I spent well over 120 a month to go where I need to go. I have never had a problem with any of the drivers at all. I made a time call for 1pm. They said it might be a little after,which is fine...but when my husband called,she claimed to have called us. We had no missed calls on our phone,and instead of telling us she would send one to us ASAP....she hung up on my husband. I called back to get the owners number to make a complaint. She asked if it was us again,I said yes,and there was no need to hang up on my husband like that. She proceeded to tell us that we 'really need to get a life' and hung up again. I'm not impressed.

Cheaper than what the Lyft and Uber apps were telling me too.
