Today's early morning glass replacement appointment was delayed since I had to rush back to my Audi dealership for them to clear error codes generated by Safelite's sensors (once again not caused by Safelite). Gone are the days of old non-computerized vehicles and we all have to live with error reports be they major or negligible. Safelite's policy to not proceed with any glass replacements if too many error codes r seen by their computer where the dealer needs to clear or resolve the error reports first -- is reassuring. Jose was my tek specialist who did my glass replacement. He is one of the chosen specialists specifically for my make and model due to its idiosyncrasies. Everything after install was reported by Jose as perfect and excellent with the glass replacement and recalibrations.
