Another subcontractor (ABC windshield only uses subcontractors) then cleaned up the mess (poorly), and he ordered an after-market part to replace the damaged interior. The after-market part, unsurprisingly, looked incredibly cheap and stood-out sharply in my car. Through-out all of this, the subcontractors missed several appointments and didn't call me, and I was forced to call them multiple times before I was able to get ahold of anyone to help me, and I had to come their shop for "repairs" when they originally agreed to come to my apartment. After ABC Windshield damaged my car with poor subcontractors, they agreed to pay for an actual Volkswsagen part and it's installation at a dealership. I paid for it out-of-pocket and sent them the receipts. They ignored my texts and did not refund my expense for repairing their damage to my car. This organization has no integrity, they hired questionable subcontractors to work on my car, and they apparently would rather have a scathing review of their business than honor their word. There are multiple windshield repair companies in San Antonio; don't pick this one.

He gave me confidence by assuring me I could drive my vehicle safely while awaiting OEM windshied glass to arrive. Today's early morning glass replacement appointment was delayed since I had to rush back to my Audi dealership for them to clear error codes generated by Safelite's sensors (once again not caused by Safelite). Gone are the days of old non-computerized vehicles and we all have to live with error reports be they major or negligible. Safelite's policy to not proceed with any glass replacements if too many error codes r seen by their computer where the dealer needs to clear or resolve the error reports first -- is reassuring. Jose was my tek specialist who did my glass replacement. He is one of the chosen specialists specifically for my make and model due to its idiosyncrasies. Everything after install was reported by Jose as perfect and excellent with the glass replacement and recalibrations. The store itself is truly presentable, clean, and amply supplied with Keurig goodies and a cold water dispenser. This particular Safelite location is highly recommended in my books. Kudos to manager Justin and his whole team for making my experience with Safelite truly amazing. Praying and declaring an amazing destiny for this Safelite facility and its staff. God bless you all.

After taking the vehicle for a wash, I noticed a small chip along the edge of the windshield that had been patched with some type of adhesive. Unfortunately, I didn't catch it right away, and at this point they would likely deny responsibility -- but the reality is that I received a repaired windshield instead of a new one. If you visit the Safelite location at 6531 NE Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78238, please inspect your vehicle carefully before leaving. My experience was disappointing, and I want others to be aware.
