BEC, SPK on a sesame bagel

The local joint you want to get your breakfast at! Huge and fresh bagels and the bacon, egg, cheese on sesame bagel is ridiculously delicious! Prices are great and service is fast!

Bustling yummy bagel stop. Worth the venture. My egg sandwich was loaded with bacon.

Bustling active spot for breakfast. The bagels were huge! My egg sandwich was loaded with bacon. Absolutely delicious.

Not really sure what they gave me, but I ordered one singular bacon egg(over easy) cheese on a roll. When I tried to break apart the middle the whole sandwich collapsed. Got a roll with a well done egg, soggy bacon with no cheese.

They used to be so good, but I can no longer justify going to JP's (taste, appearance, price). Ordered an egg and cheese sandwich on a roll, and it was almost inedible. The bread wasn't fresh (hard and dry, indicating it's a few days old), they used maybe one egg for the sandwich (standard should be 2) and the cheese wasn't melted. It was also cold, so I'm assuming it was someone's order who never came for pick up.

Sadly disappointed today. My boyfriend and I get JP's often. Him more than I. I usually get their tuna salad. It's always good, just a little on the expensive side. Cheaper elsewhere. But it's good so we get it anyway. Had it today, it was cold and good. Would get it again. He always gets the eggs, bacon and cheese on a roll with mayo. It looked different today. Bacon was dried up. Didn't seem fresh. Eggs skimpy. Hard time finding mayo...3/10 today. :( He ordered the French toast. We have never had it here before. It was $7. It's the WORST French toast we've ever seen and had lol. 1/10 DO NOT ORDER. Flavorless small flat bread. We were shocked opening the container. I ordered the broccoli and cheese omelette. I don't like how overcooked and not fluffy the eggs are. Good amount of broccoli though. I hate American cheese and forgot to ask for cheddar - that's on me. Thankfully, minimal cheese. I wouldn't order it again though. I can make it better at home. Oh well. I also grabbed a crumb cake/coffee cake at check out - it looked good. It's wrapped in plastic wrap. I'm not sure if they make it or just sell it from someone else. It is soft and has the right amount of crumb topping. I'd like more cinnamon. It's not overly sweet which I like too. Cake is not dry nor too moist. I've had better but it's still good. Worth a try. 7/10 Inside, it's very hot. It felt so much better walking outside. Inside, I was sweating waiting for them to call our number. Wish it were cooler. Lots of people waiting. I'm happy they're pretty quick with service. They have a good system going.

Bagel wasn't really fresh or warm even though I got it toasted. Could use more seasoning too.

The service was fast, the food came out AMAZING. It was really filling and a good price. The place was a cute little shop. No seating but there was a standing place where you could stand and eat your food.

These bagels were incredibly filling! They were super generous with their portion sizes and this was a decent find in Jersey City. I had the bagel with the Lox Cream Cheese and I was super full by the end of my meal!

Hands down best bagels in Hoboken. Yelp's telling me my review's 'shorter than most' but that should be all you need to know.

Terrible $8 panini. Would not recommend. Looked bad and tasted worse. McDonald's would have been better.

My favorite bagel place in Hoboken because the bagels taste really fresh and the staff is really nice. The outdoor seating is such a bonus!

Bagels here are always delicious. Also, the hazelnut iced coffee is amazing. Staff is always friendly. Best bagels in Hoboken for sure.

Light and fresh bagels. Decent egg, ham and cheese breakfast sandwich. Coffee's ok. There are other choices in Hoboken for good coffee.

Their case was filled with so many delicious looking bites but I held some self restraint and just picked up a few pastel de natas and a guava and cheese danish. Delicious! Both were perfect and everything was under $10. They had so much there that I can't wait to stop back in for: Portuguese rolls, empanadas, drip coffee, etc. While Salem isn't right by me, when I am in the area, this will have to be my new go to bakery when I am in need of a box of pastries to bring along to a party (or just for myself).

Fresh bread, pastries, and baked goods that are incredibly affordable. I drive by all the time and there are always numerous cars double parked outside. Now I see what the commotion is about. The bread is great if you plan to eat it fresh or freeze for later. The Heroes and Portuguese Rolls are my favorites, and the prices are unbeatable. The Glazed Donut was a good try; it's more like a cake than a donut but would definitely pair well with a coffee. I saw the Empanadas on display and decided to try two. The Beef Empanada was pretty solid but the Chicken Empanada threw me off a bit with the carrots inside. With $10 in your pocket, you can walk out of here with so much! Highly recommend supporting this local business.
