I always go with the ceramic XR. LA heat is no joke and the difference it makes while driving is night and day. You won't need to blast your AC just to cool down because the ceramic does so much of that work for you. It's one of those things you don't realize how much you needed until you have it! For my setup I went 15% on the driver and passenger sides and 5% on all rear windows. You don't have to go that dark to feel the heat suppression but I love the privacy it gives me, totally worth it either way. On top of the tint work the hospitality here is great. They offer tea, coffee and water while you wait which makes the experience feel welcoming and relaxed. 100/10 across the board for service, quality and overall experience. Long story short,i came into upgrading my cars stock audio system without any prior knowledge of car audio and went with a guy who somehow made my sound system worse after dropping a significant amount of money on some new speakers and an amp. Looking to get help to fix it, I ended up messaging with Maor who asked me to come by and check out what was going on. For what I wanted in sound, Maor gave me an honest answer and options on how to get the system I wanted. I was hesitant at first, but took the plunge and decided to go with his suggestion that included a DSP amp and whole new set of speakers for mid/high/lows and sound deadening. Man, after about 2 months of coming in and slowly building this system, I can honestly say that I am extremely happy with how it turned out. I gave Maor an idea of what type of sound I wanted and he eventually got it there 100%. He dedicated all his day to tuning my system to exactly where I wanted it and kept me updated through the day on how things were going. He also upgraded some of speakers for free, which he didn't need to do. Maor made me realize that I'm somewhat of a audiophile, and what I wanted wouldn't be cheap, but his dad and him never pushed me to pay beyond what I was comfortable with and I think that is something that is hard to come by these days with small business. I'll definitely be coming back in the future and recommend you check them out, even for just an honest opinion on what to do and what it will take where you want to be with your audio system.

After the tint was.installed, I asked for an invoice, and that's when the red flags started. The person claiming to be "Richard" began stuttering and dodging my request. It took over a week--and only after I threatened to write a bad review--that they finally gave me an invoice. Guess what? There was no mention of XPEL anywhere on it. I then asked for the XPEL warranty card, and they went completely silent. I called XPEL customer service directly, and they confirmed that Number One Customs had applied to be an authorized dealer but were rejected. XPEL also said they aren't supplying them with films. When I confronted Richard, he admitted they weren't buying from XPEL but from a shop called Rapid Window Tinting. I called Rapid, and they denied any relationship with Number One Customs. At this point, I have no idea what they even installed on my car. The dishonesty and deception are outrageous. Avoid this place at all costs--they are scammers, plain and simple. Do not trust them with your car!

The window tint came out PERFECT. It has kept my car cooler than before. The only thing was the windshield was giving me problems. It made bright LED lights extremely blurry at night. I was super frustrated because it was hard to drive at night but as soon as I told Alex there was a problem, he was very responsive and helped me. We troubleshooted it a bit, but ultimately the issue was consistent. He decided to completely redo the windshield tint (free of charge) and now it is no longer blurry. I appreciate how responsive, respectful, and professional Alex was along the whole process. He listened to all my concerns and made sure that I was happy with the tint. After driving with it for a few days, I realized it was too much and decided to go back to Bravo and change the front side windows to 15% (sorry Cris -- I should've listened... ).
