First representative accused me of trying to fraud them for an insurance payment that never came to me due to a processing error. Even after having my insurance call them with me in the call, the lady was still defensive and very rude. Another representative had an exasperated and rude tone throughout the call. I get it, customer service can be frustrating and you deal with a lot of energy draining people. But this went beyond that and into passive aggressiveness and dismissiveness despite maintaining a respectful tone myself the entire call. Next time, I'd rather wait for another ambulance or let myself expire than have to deal with this hassle.

I thought I had to park outside of this station, I almost parked at the city garage and feared it would close at certain time. The website to catch the train is essential. I went to https://www.bart.gov/schedules/eta/HAYW to get precise details about the boarding times. Me and my friend took BART to Embarcadero to see the ships at the piers. I have to say that I had nothing but an extremely positive experience at this facility when I arrived. The ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful. They were short staffed so was asked to wait about 10 minutes for a guy to get off of his break. In about 10 minutes out came a forklift with my crate. It wouldn't lift high enough to get to my truck bed rack so two other guys came out and lifted it the rest of the way up and onto the rack (it weighed 160lbs). Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I had to contact them in order to confirm that I could come get my crate. It had been off-loaded from the trailer for 5 days with no call so I had to take the initiative. The contents of my crate were in great shape when I unpacked it at home. Thanks to all those at this facility that helped out!
