Hands Down to JRM Auto Broker. My Broker "ERNAN" had a phenomenal service finding a great trade in Deal with my Toyota Mirai. He's very honest and reliable. Wow I literally just got home with the biggest smile on my face!! Jerome really took care of my sister and I during the buying process. It's probably the fastest process I've seen with getting a car lol. I expected to spend hours and several visits to get the car that I wanted, but it ended up just being 15 minutes of paperwork, on top of getting top of the line service from Jerome, ensuring I was comfortable with what I was getting. Jerome and this company made a first time leasing experience very seamless. He stayed with me and my fiancee all through out the process. made sure we had what we needed and honestly, we had a few issues. not so good credit scores to paperwork mishaps. but he sorted through it and came up with a good deal for a great luxury car (which made my fiancee very happy, happy wife, happy life). she and i was astounded by the level of service he gave us. JRM Auto Broker was a dream to work with. Kuya Ernan took all of the hassle out of buying a new car (2021Accord 1.5T Sport). He found me just the car I wanted at a great price. Kuya Jerome is the absolute best. He literally gave me and my mom the best offer on a new 2020 Hyundai Kona. Even with bad credit. He works his tail off to get you the best possible offer you can get. No beating around the bush. He is straight up and very informative. Kuya Ernan & JRM Auto Broker is %100 LEGIT! Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service. I work in the retail field and I KNOW great customer service when I experience it. Throughout the entire searching and buying process Ernan was professional, polite, knowledgeable, understanding and most of all he LISTENS to exactly what it is we are looking for even if we cant make up our minds. His patience and willingness to dig deep and find the absolute BEST deal he can find made our auto buying experience so pleasant (YES I SAID PLEASANT! because normally its a bunch of buzz words and fluff talking to sales reps at the dealership but not much reality and truth). Ernan did his research and found the best deal in our area. Our specific Car (Lexus UX250H F Sport) HAD TO BE Super White with Red interior. This color combo apparently is also highly sought after (also usually marked up because of the high demand) and very difficult to find BUT Ernan worked his magic! We got our DREAM car with an AMAZING deal after Ernan pulled some strings. The best part is when we came back to pick up our dream car and sign the contract, Ernan was with us every step of the way making sure we don't get anything added that we didn't need as well as explaining every single detail about every document that we needed to know. After seeing the breakdown of our payment and his explanations there was no doubt we got the best deal. Sir Ronnie was indeed very helpful from the very beginning. I have a not so good credit to begin with. (For some personal wild reasons) Hence the reason, of being a first time car buyer. So with my situation it was a bit hard to get the car I prefer. But he made it possible. It took a sweet time, but it was understandable because of the standing of my credit. As a first time buyer, I don't even know what's car buying is all about, what I should he looking at, what are the things I need to have when getting the car, what is really an insurance and all those whatnots. But he did answer all my questions and even gave me an info drive so I would not be all clueless about buying a car and about the car that I want to get. And so I wont get rip off. Lol. These guys deserve a shoutout for the superb, excellent customer service they give! They make getting your dream car easy. I was able to get my car in just 2days, would've been shorter had i been available sooner. Jerome explained well my best options and how they can help. It was a very pleasant journey we have to finally buy a brand new Subaru Forester after my wife's toyota sienna for 20 years is nearing retirement. I was so hesitant to use auto broker as my way of buying new car but after my wife's friend recommended to come see Jerome first and just have a quick chat with him and with my wife's constant nagging - I gave in. So I did my research first before calling Jerome for an appointment I check JRM Auto Broker review on line and was totally surprised to see 5 Star rating and believe me I read all 32 reviewers and I was convinced that this guy is for real. Made an appointment to see Jerome at 1pm then talked to him for 30 minutes and the deal was done - went to Timmons Subaru dealership in Long Beach gave a quick test drive and in about less than an hour or so we were driving our brand spanking new Subaru Forester home.
