She's super on top of things!!! The only reason we've decided to make Big Brand Tires (Janelle's location) to be our car mechanic (old 2000s Camry, and Prius). From oil change, parts, tires, we trust Janelle to figure it out and really evaluate things really well. They also price match!! We've tried mom and pop shops. I'm also not usually a fan of mechanics via big chains but Janelle really takes care of you and your car!! She'll make sure things are done right. And super professional in calling back, scheduling, above and beyond excellent customer service, etc (rare for Vegas). We bring our own oil, oil filter and filters. They are and to work with it. And give me back leftover oil to continuously refill my car. ----- Old review I forgot to post... Wow! We came for a tire patch (nail found in our tire). Way more affordable than many other shops. We can bring our own oil, supplies. But if we bring own tires or such, then it's not under their warranty. They'll check on everything, from alignment to normal wear and tear. Didn't try to upsell or scare us on anything. If anything, told us we can change our tire with nail within the week. They have Starbucks within the plaza area too! Can bring our laptops to take meetings or be productive there. There's outlets, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, with 1 restroom (code needed). They have amazing warranty on tires, that come with anytime free tire rotation too! Unfortunately our tire with nail was too big of a hole and our 2 back tires are too old, so we got quotes on new 2 tires. We also got a list of items we are suggested in repairing. We'll be we expecting a quote where it'll be listed from crucial to less crucial. No scare tactic. Janelle the manager is amazing!!! She explained everything to us with patience. She wasn't trying to up sell or anything. Sucks but our other auto shop apparently "fixed" and gave us new radiator. But a leak was found in it!! We have to go back unde warranty. Long story short, my tire started leaking air on the way from California to Vegas. I had it fixed in Kettleman City and everything seemed fine. Then, passing through Baker, the tire pressure started dropping again, slowly, so I decided to just make it to Vegas and deal with it the next day. While looking on Yelp for a good tire shop, I found Busy Bee. It was right near my hotel and, even better, they are open 24/7! I got there around 9:30 PM and was helped right away. The guy barely spoke English, but he found the problem immediately. Unfortunately, the new puncture was near the sidewall, so I needed a new tire. Luckily, they had one in stock. They got everything done in about 30 minutes, and I was back on the road. Great service, fast work, and highly recommend!

First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.
