I hit a deer, but the damage was minor--it didn't even knock my bumper off. However, when I brought the car in for assessment, they tried to add extra damage to my claim and even told me to lie to my insurance by saying the car wasn't drivable so they could get more money. That's straight-up shady business! On top of that, I was left sitting in the lobby for SIX HOURS with almost no updates. Dupree initially seemed helpful and said he'd get it fixed, but honestly, I don't want to do business with dishonest people. The problem wasn't fixed & unfortunately I needed to tow it back to them, because I don't dare drive it even tho I was right across the street. The receptionist said "don't bother because the mechanic said he doesn't want to take in any old cars anymore".
