Turns out, I am one for group classes; I just needed to find the right group and the right classes. The Fitbox community is incredible, and that includes the trainers and the clients. Everyone is super supportive. It doesn't matter if you've boxed and lifted weights for decades or the thought of wrapping your hands or picking up a dumbbell gives you anxiety. You'll fit right in. All of the classes are fantastic, and the trainers all have their own style. I highly recommend Fitbox. It's the best thing I've done for my physical and mental health.

I came here 3 months ago with severe plantar fasciitis and 15 years of treatment resistant rotator cuff pain, and their PT and strength training has me pain free and stronger than I've been in years. The physical therapists and trainers are like wizards who find the root cause of your pain and provide exceptional treatments through extended PT, massage therapy and strength training. I signed up with their personal trainer Brian to sustain my recovery and continue building strength. His knowledge and approach is exceptional. He listens, teaches, coaches and targets strength training for my specific needs. After searching for a personal trainer for years I've found my unicorn. It had been a while since I did strength training so it would have been nice to speak with someone prior to jumping into the class. Overall, I did enjoy the workout and it was challenging for me.
