It is only a few blocks from the highway and can be seen from the street. I love that they have a massive paneling lot and it was FREE to park!! Always have to appreciate free parking in Atlanta!! Upon entering you are greeted by both a security officer and a host. The security officer did have me open my purse to view the contents. After checking in with the host and confirming that I was the first in the party to arrive , i I took a few pictures of the place and sat on one of the plush benches to wait on the others in my party . Once everyone arrived, we were seated in a booth facing the bar . The decor of the spot is cute. I love the framed televisions, the light fixtures and the color of the booths. Our wait staff was Shaiera. She was GREAT. I love that she has great energy, offered suggestions and checked on us just enough throughout our dinning experience! The food was solid ! I will admit that I am a tough critic of home cooked style food. This spot gets my stamp of approval . I had my mouth set on the turkey wings that I had with collard greens and brussel sprouts. One person in my party had catfish with Mac and cheese and collard greens, and my other friend had the whole red snapper with collard greens rice and gravy. The food came out hot and tasty ! I will say that the Brussels and the turkey wings were my favorite . The Brussels had a slight sweetness to them and the turkey wings were fall off the bone tender!!! This spot gets my approval in all areas, ambiance , food and service !! I am looking forward to returning to check out brunch!!

We were greeted with smiles and assurance and understanding. Once we were seated, the first thing I asked about was seafood egg rolls because I had them on my first visit. The server, Monae, checked with the manager and when she returned informed me that they were currently unavailable for dinner, but the manager would make an exception!! They didn't even realize we had traveled from Gwinnett to get these egg rolls!! Well worth the drive!! We also ordered a turkey wing plate and a catfish plate. Everything was delicious!! The portions were so large that we came home with full to-go-plates! The restaurant is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the service is great! The manager even came over to make sure our food met our expectations! The only downside for me is how long it takes us to get there!

Like most spots in Atlanta, Hollywood ATL is a whole vibe--even down to the parking. I found this…read moreplace through Groupon. They're a newer restaurant with multiple promos, and I snagged the $100 dining credit for $50. After checking their menu and health score, I figured it was worth it. Parking & First Impressions: I first tried the lot across the street--ran over a glass bottle from an overflowing trash can, and the kiosk wanted over $20. No thanks. I walked to the door at 6 PM (they open at 4), only to find it locked. After pushing, pulling, and almost breaking it, I called. The manager was just as confused but eventually sent someone to let us in. Turns out, cheaper parking is directly behind the building for $10. Pro tip: if you can squeeze between the fence, you'll end up right at the restaurant's street without circling around. That matters, especially since a lady was pacing the block knocking on car windows. The Space: The vibe inside? Definitely vibey--low-lit, lounge style. From what I could tell, seating was mostly booths and a bit limited (maybe there's an upstairs). We were the only ones there and picked our booth, but had to ask for the table to be wiped down. Odd, considering we arrived two hours after opening. Service & Groupon Details: Our server seemed new but thorough--she double-checked everything with the manager, especially around the Groupon. I appreciated that. Too often, places surprise you with hidden fees or weird gratuity rules. No such issue here. Bonus: the brunch menu runs all day. Food & Drinks: We went all in on the $100 credit: Truffle & Parmesan Fries - $12.50 Lamb Chop Lollipops - $38 Monte Cristo-style Cinnamon Bun Sandwich - $20 Salmon & Grits - $22 "The Django" cocktail - $18 The fries? Fantastic. Big portion, fresh, and flavorful--something I'd order on UberEats alone. The lamb chops? Worth every dollar. Perfectly cooked, plenty of meat, and that honey balsamic glaze was chef's kiss. The brussels sprouts could've been sautéed longer, but not bad. I originally wanted the ribeye and eggs platter, but they were out of steak. Disappointing, but the cinnamon bun sandwich more than made up for it--sweet, savory, and satisfying (though they forgot the breakfast potatoes). My fiancée's salmon was well done, not dry, but the grits needed more time and more cheese. I mentioned it to the chef when she came out. Now, the drink? That was the showstopper. "The Django" came with cherry wood smoke infused right at the table. I let it sit for a few minutes, and wow--smooth, robust, with the last sips hitting hard. Not a complaint, just a heads-up. Overall: This is a chill spot with good food and unique touches. It's not perfect--a few gnats keep hovered around our table, and service is still finding its groove--but it's far from terrible. I'd come back, maybe later in the evening to see the nightlife vibe, or in the future once things feel more polished.

The chef did her thing, all of the food was amazing. I thought the restaurant and lounge was a cool spot to hang out. They also had an upstairs area. It is located downtown, so just be prepared to pay for parking. That was my only concern.

I had a taste for lamb chops so I ordered some with the Brussels sprouts and Mac n cheese on the side. I've ordered this meal from here a couple times before but it has never tasted this good! The Brussels sprouts were amazing, the Mac n cheese wasn't watery and was tasty, and the lamb chops did not disappoint! My recommendation to the chef (he said it was his second day and looking for feedback, I appreciate that) when he came out to greet us was to add that delicious glaze from the Brussels to the lamb chops too. They didn't need the glaze but it definitely took it up a notch. Hubby enjoyed his spaghetti and catfish too. As far as the vibe, it's always a pretty good time. I've brought my birthday in here before as well and my group of 20 enjoyed ourselves, especially for my last minute planning. I hope that Access does more to bring the community out. It's a nice place and I want them to succeed. Maybe some happy hour specials on food, drinks, and especially hookah!
