Couples Date Night was interesting lol. We tried "The Bank" & I was very disappointed. The food was good but the environment was like JR Crickets but expensive if that makes sense. First we were searched and two guys did a pat down. I was like this is a lot for dinner but ok. Then the menu is all over the place from calamari to collard greens . Listen , can I give this place ten STARS?? I've had turkey wings before , since I haven't eaten red meat in over 34 years, turkey and chicken are my "go to" . But THESE turkey wings were simply "magical and delicious I also had the salmon bites and dumplings and let's just say , I really don't even want to eat any where else but here ! My husband had the honey glazed wings and he isn't always the easiest to please when it comes to food and he said they are the BEST wings he has ever eaten! It takes a lot for me to do this but this is my 2nd time coming to The Bank and the experience was probably worse than the last. Super slow , wrong items brought out, forgetful staff, and on top of that cold food. Any bad thing you can think of went wrong. Made our already bad day extremely worse. We went for a special and were overly charged. To top it off We waited over 40 minutes for a piece of pie for desert. Staff cursing again my apologies but please do better. I visited the The BANK Event Center on a Saturday afternoon with close friends for a celebration of life (repast). The parking lot was a bit confusing and it was easy to miss the entrance, but there is plenty available in the lot once you find it. They offered valet service and free parking. Once inside, I noticed the pretty decor and there were booths and banquet style tables. The restrooms were also spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of seating throughout and room for people to fellowship. The food was delicious. I loved the salmon, mashed potatoes and sqaush. Overall, this is a nice venue. I could definitely see it being used for a wedding reception, baby shower or birthday celebration. read more

The bank is very cute on the inside! The entrance leads to a large "vault" which is where the actually seating area is. The space is massive, so it isn't crowded with chairs and tables. However, most of the space is covered with tables/section seating. There's no real dance floor. There are two bars located on both sides of the vault doors, so it's not as difficult to order drinks even when the space is crowded. For Sunday dinner, my love surprised me by going to The Vault Restaurant. The Vault is located inside TheBank - an event center. This location used to be Word of God Ministries but it 2022 it was opened as an experience for dining out, hosting special events, parties and more. The location is very unsuspecting - it's across from a busy truck stop and truck weigh station. Also, around the corner- Blue Flame Lounge, an adult entertainment club. We still parked in the property's lot that's outlined with cones. The attendant asked us for $5 to park our car. They do have valet available for more I'm sure. Entering is via the side door - one to enter and a second set of doors is the front to exit only. There's a metal detector to walk through but it's not clear if it's operational. We weren't checked nor asked for ID. We didn't have reservations so we added our names on the list for a table once dinner was serving around 4:30 PM. While we waited (about 35 minutes) we sat at the bar. The bartender was courteous and gave us menus. After our drinks came out she asked if we'd like complimentary corn bread. It was so tasty - a muffin with butter and honey. We closed out at the bar as our table was ready. The server was prompt and we ordered the deviled eggs, Turkey Ribs and Southern Plate entrees. Ribs came with greens and Mac-n-cheese. The Southern plate came with half fried chicken, greens and candied yams. Everything was so tasty, the music was good & not too loud, plus the atmosphere is top tier. We did check out the main party venue - it's huge! We'll surely be back to try other menu items. We rated our meals 8.5/10. The collards were a little too salty for our likes. Portions were great - very filling. Oh, they have hookah too if you partake. Check it out!! I went here to celebrate my birthday with my significant other. The decor was done for the holidays and it was definitely pretty. It is basically a sports bar with televisions a plenty to see whichever game or fight that is on. I felt the prices were on the pricey side(my bae got the soul food greens, yams, and chicken and it was $30 and I got the breakfast with French toast for $15) with the food and the drinks. The two of us got one drink a piece and a meal a piece. We were charged $19 gratuity and our bill ended up being $96. It definitely wasn't worth that. read more

I booked a reservation for my birthday! From the time I enter this establishment I was greeted with love! The hostess was extremely kind! The security guard was extremely professional! When we sat down in our booth, our server Carrington (hope I'm spelling her name correct) was very kind! She was very knowledgeable about the menu! She truly made this an amazing birthday experience! She consistently check on to ensure that we loved our drink and food! The managers and the owner are also very kind men! They ensure that we were having a great experience! The Bank was very disappointing. I initially looked up the bank on TikTok and was very excited to try it out. So the overall appearance is 10/10! It's very beautiful. The problems started to arise when we sat down and our server "Rae" came by. So for starters, she is RUDE! Energy doesn't lie and her energy was very nasty. So just getting through the experience we go to order and while ordering she tells us what the kitchen doesn't have: they didn't have any oxtails, collard greens, or Turkey wings. So we ordered the sides they had with Catfish. When the food came, it was not what was ordered. Rae then told us they didn't have the sides we ordered, another inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend the catfish, it was not fried long enough and very fishy. The manager kept on insisting free shots for the inconvenience but that was not my interest. We arrived to the bank around 12 and they did not close until 3AM and did not have half the menu available. I wouldn't recommend this place and if you decide to still go I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RAE AS YOUR SERVER!! read more

Overall experience was just ok. Not understanding why our reservations kept getting cancelled - even AFTER the $25 required deposit. It took a few minutes to get seated. We went there for a birthday celebration at the recommendation of a 30 year old. We should have known then what the atmosphere would be. There was a mixed crowd but you could tell it was more catered to a 'younger' crowd. We went on a Sunday afternoon, so I can only imagine what the environment would be on a Friday or Saturday night. Our waitress was not well versed on the menu. They were out of a few items on the menu. She even said 'not sure why they have not updated the menu, we have been out of that for a while now'. The mac-n-cheese and brussel sprouts were cold. Not enough gravy on the oxtails. Lamb chops were small but tasty. The drinks were potent - so you get your money's worth there. As for a printed receipt - the printer was out of ink. The food was expensive but we have had better at that price. You are paying for the atmosphere and the possible sighting of a celebrity. Lastly, the waitress was slow to return to our table throughout the day. Also, she did not have a record of us paying the deposit to credit to our bill. She had to check with mgt 3 times and we had to show proof of payment before it was deducted. The Good - the bouncer and door concierge guy was really nice and checked in on us to see why and when we could get seated. I would not go again but if you look at it on TikTok and that is your vibe then give it a try. read more
