Came here for a birthday dinner last night. It is a lounge/restaurant located in East Point. It's…read morenot in a really "popping" area but the location itself is nice. There's plenty of parking. Now on to the constructive criticism piece of my review bc I think this restaurant really needs some help. We came in on a Saturday night and the birthday boy's party was literally the whole place. There may have been maybe 7 additional customers. With that being said when his party walked in and sat down wherever(it was empty) he was told that we had to move bc the tables were "reserved". For who I don't know bc we were there until midnight and pretty much nobody outside of the bday boys party showed up lol. They didn't even bother to seat our party together. Second. Get a new DJ Our waitress was very nice but she had no clue about the menu. She didn't know what was in any of their specialty drinks and the menu doesn't tell you either. I think even at the most basic level a waitress should know about everything that's on the menu if the place she is working. I asked for a French 75 and she didn't know what that was either so maybe this was her first waitressing job. Again she was super sweet though. The pasta is straight up oil so don't even bother ordering but the southwest egg rolls were really good. You guys need to make some changes to the menu. it's all over the place. Lastly, the bottle prices are ridiculous for the location. They're charging the same prices as Buckhead. Like we're in East Point lol. If I'm going to pay those prices I'd rather go somewhere where the vibes are much better. Honestly everything was overpriced for the quality and presentation. If I want to pay high prices I'll go to the city at least I get a little bit more bang for my buck. But overall, I won't be back lol. Just thought I'd offer some suggestions.

If you're looking for a laid-back spot with great food, strong drinks, good hookah, and outstanding…read moreservice, ATL Hookah Lounge in Hapeville is definitely worth checking out! It came highly recommended, so my friend and I decided to stop by on a Thursday night, and I'm so glad we did. We started at the bar, where our bartender, Tay, immediately made us feel welcome. She was attentive, personable, funny, and had excellent customer service. We kicked things off with lemon drops, and let me tell you... they were delicious! Strong, smooth, and made just right. As the evening went on, our party grew from two to six, so we grabbed a table. To our surprise, Tay transitioned from bartender to waitress, and somehow her service got even better. She never missed a beat. Since it was happy hour, we sampled several menu items, including the honey lemon pepper wings and fries, fried shrimp and fries, salmon bites and fries, fried green tomatoes, and the cornbread. Every single thing we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. There wasn't one item we regretted trying. Of course, we couldn't leave without ordering a hookah, and it was hitting! Smooth, flavorful, and lasted throughout the night. One thing I really appreciated was the atmosphere. It wasn't overly packed, but it had a nice crowd with great energy. The vibe leaned more mature, with mostly people in their late 30s, 40s, and 50s, which made for a relaxed, enjoyable evening. They have two bars, plenty of seating, and even an outdoor patio area if you want a little fresh air or a more private space. Parking was free and conveniently located on-site, which is always a plus. The bathrooms were also worth mentioning--small, nicely decorated, and very clean. The prices were another pleasant surprise. Happy hour food ranged around $8-$10, hookah was about $20, and the drinks were around $8. Great food, quality drinks, and hookah without breaking the bank? That's a win. I was told Wednesday has even better specials, but Thursday definitely didn't disappoint. Overall, ATL Hookah Lounge exceeded my expectations. Between the amazing service from Tay, delicious food, strong drinks, great hookah, mature crowd, and affordable prices, this place earned every bit of its 5 out of 5 stars. I'll definitely be back!

They have high boy seating a section with sofas, two bars, and they have televisions. The music system was nice and it was a real vibe! That hookah was on point, lasted the whole time and the flavor mix was perfect (yummy gummy and orange). The service was amazing from the waitress, to the hookah girl, and the bartender at the small bar, such dope energy! Everyone was so attentive, it may have been because it was winding down The food I had, lobster bites.... Delicious! The drink was perfection.... Im So ATL! They offered great customer service, I had a problem with a drink, they fixed it without hassle and gave me a shot for the error. I do recommend and will be going back, I have my eyes on some lamb chops.

Food: I do NOT recommend the Spinach Dip 0 stars…read moreService: Exquisite server wish I remembered her name (she's in the video) 5 stars Ambiance: Low key-lit Sunday (mechanical bull riders are always entertaining to watch) 3 stars I recently stopped by U-Bar in Atlanta near Camp Creek while waiting for my friend's flight to depart. It turned out to be a nice way to pass the time and catch up over drinks. I ordered a pitcher and some spinach dip. One thing to note: the menu still listed the pitcher at $10, but the actual price was $20, so be aware of that if you're visiting. Unfortunately, the spinach dip wasn't for me. It came out looking very different from a traditional spinach dip--more orange in color, almost as if it was made with cheese sauce and spinach mixed in. It was also quite thin and watery, which didn't suit my taste, so I ended up sending it back. What really stood out was the service! My server was incredibly sweet, attentive, and accommodating throughout the visit. I wish I could remember her name because she truly made the experience pleasant, and I was happy to leave her a generous tip. I hadn't been to U-Bar in years, but despite the disappointment with the food, I enjoyed stopping in and appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service.

Lol So you can often see large parties dining in and taking part in the party atmosphere, themed late nights or game viewing options on the big screens. I prefer to sit at the long bar. I just always get faster service there. They also have a $10 pitcher deal that's so worth it! The wings and fries never fail!

The vibe of spot is r&b brunch party, so singing and eating just go hand in hand here. Perfect spot for a birthday get together in fact there were like 2 or 3 turn ups while I there. So the real question: Why only a 4 star review if it was so poppin and food was fire?! Well the actual service is where the shine needs to be a bit brighter. I dont mind that a pre-calculated 20% tip is coming on my bill when the service is prompt and attentive. That is where the mark was missed, seemed as though the service was a bit slower because the tip is already there so the need to perform and match the excellence of the food and drinks doesn't matter as must to the servers. We sat for a long time after placing our drink order without even receiving the lemonade that was ordered first and not coming from the bar. Had to remind the server that we even ordered them. We also had to flag her down for things like a couple more napkins or salt/ pepper/condiments once the food arrived. Would have been appreciated if there was a check in/check back to ensure we were good and didnt need anything else or to order another drink. Overall we'll be back and hopefully the service game will be as stepped up as the other areas that made this a memorable must stop! And I will gladly give an updated 5 star possibly request they add a 6th. Thats MY ted-talk thank you for joining!
