Jim, at the front desk, was friendly and accommodating. Big breakfast area downstairs. It's free from 6-10am. They also have an indoor pool and hot tub which we didn't use. Parking is free. Copper is a great spot, but Trent is what made the experience memorable. I get it, resort prices, convenience of eating in the Summit Lodge, trying hard not to complain about the $25 price, but it was just a limp cold burger. Fries? Also cold. I mean, the least they could have done, after recognizing the long time passed between making the meal and serving it, is refresh the fries, no? Cold greasy fries, cold dry overcooked burger. One star at any price. It's not like there's a shortage of burger options right at the Summit either. Am I going to complain that it was $75 for three burgers at our table? No, not if they were hot juicy Wagyu Cheeseburgers, but then, these were not.
