By the way, my bike is brand new. So this store not only sells used items but new ones too. And they can order items too. A call to On Track had me on hold while they looked in their inventory then a promise of a call back in a few minutes while they checked in the back. Sure enough, they had an out-of-box demo that was still brand new and ready for my pick up that afternoon. We had it at practice that night and the rest as they say is history. They told me we ordered it, and I would have to pay to ship it back to them. I paid $88 to send it back UPS to keep from having to pay the over $600 invoice. I have since instructed my employees to hang up on Golden West when they call.
