We were contacted by the distribution department, where the rep could not have been more polite. She reached out proactively with an even earlier delivery date possibility when one opened. We couldn't be there on that date, but appreciated the opportunity. We were then contacted the night before scheduled delivery, and when the driver was within 30 minutes. Previously I worked with 15 pound dumbbells for each arm and 12s if I had to. The main lifter on the swatmine is 45 pounds but the bar nests in its seat. To do your exercises you lift and manipulate the bar. I love this work out so much that I can say with the same amount of time I'm getting significantly more results. It also occupies very little space about a foot square and I tuck the bar into the corner. You can easily disassemble the bar and take the whole thing with you. I am so impressed by Tonyand so grateful for this exercise miracle. When you get yours you will wonder what you did without it.

The selection is very limited in this store. The store is small in comparison to other sports stores, but packed to the gills in the limited space! For women, I think the store is even more limited in variety. The other disappointing thing at this store is the lack of contact with employees: I wasn't even greeted at the store when entered by the cashiers. Lastly I think the brand quality is poor, for women the shoe selection seems to consist of the cheaper shoes of a given brand. With that said, I appreciate having a sport store in town to get the basics for my sports needs.

My wife has a Spinning bike. She had it for over 20 years and it finally started giving her some…read moreissues... chain broke and it was getting pretty dirty after going from garage to garage for the last two decades. Anyway, she was looking all over the place for someone to fix the broken chain. Not sure how she wound up finding All Gym Supply but she did and called them and spoke with Edgar. Two days later Edgar (the owner) plus someone else came to our house, replaced the chain, did a general tune-up and cleaned the bike... for $110. I mean, that's about how much I paid at a local bike shop to have my street bicycle tuned up but I had to get my bike into my car, drive it to the shop, wait two weeks and them pick it up. Edgar was here within two days, brought someone to help, worked on the bike for an hour and a half ... was friendly and on time!

Edgar from all Gym Supply has not followed through with his work and does not return calls after…read moreleaving our Max Trainer disassembled for 2 weeks. He came by our home to replace a Max Trainer motor and brought the wrong motor. After disassembling it, he didn't assemble it back together and said he would special order the right motor and be back in two to three days. Because the Max Trainer was working, we just couldn't adjust the resistance, I explained we use it daily and it was important for us to have operational. However he left without reassembling the Max Trainer. For two weeks we have been waiting for Edgar to return with no success. Since last week he stopped responding to Our communications. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone based on our experience.
