Previously I worked with 15 pound dumbbells for each arm and 12s if I had to. The main lifter on the swatmine is 45 pounds but the bar nests in its seat. To do your exercises you lift and manipulate the bar. I love this work out so much that I can say with the same amount of time I'm getting significantly more results. It also occupies very little space about a foot square and I tuck the bar into the corner. You can easily disassemble the bar and take the whole thing with you. I am so impressed by Tonyand so grateful for this exercise miracle. When you get yours you will wonder what you did without it.

The selection is very limited in this store. The store is small in comparison to other sports stores, but packed to the gills in the limited space! For women, I think the store is even more limited in variety. The other disappointing thing at this store is the lack of contact with employees: I wasn't even greeted at the store when entered by the cashiers. Lastly I think the brand quality is poor, for women the shoe selection seems to consist of the cheaper shoes of a given brand. With that said, I appreciate having a sport store in town to get the basics for my sports needs.

He came by our home to replace a Max Trainer motor and brought the wrong motor. After disassembling it, he didn't assemble it back together and said he would special order the right motor and be back in two to three days. Because the Max Trainer was working, we just couldn't adjust the resistance, I explained we use it daily and it was important for us to have operational. However he left without reassembling the Max Trainer. For two weeks we have been waiting for Edgar to return with no success. Since last week he stopped responding to Our communications. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone based on our experience.

We finally wore out the Touch Pad on the console. I found All Gym Supply via Google as they advertised that they could repair the console. I called and talked to Edgar, who is one very nice, personable, individual. I commented that I had bought the machine new and paid more for it than the car I was driving at the time ... he said, "Yes, that would have been $1800," which made me feel comfortable that he actually knew this old machine. When I got the console back, it looked brand new, and functioned perfectly. At our age (65 and 62), we could afford a new stepper but this antique has served us well for a long, long time. They did a great job, and Edgar was wonderfully knowledgeable and good to deal with.
