Had a broken double glass pane that was shattered, it took a few days for the order to arrive at their shop and once we scheduled a time Armando was at our home on time. He started to replace the glass and before I knew it, within 40 minutes had removed all the pieces, put in the new pane and cleaned up like nothing ever was broken. They do decent job with glass and windows, but be aware of their warranty policy. For windows and labor it is only 1 year ! Other glass places have lifetime on the glass. I started having some issues after 14 months, they did not agree to come and fix it. The siding glue was coming off, and the low-e glass on the window started making popping sounds when sun hits. (1) He took time to listen to the problem, looked at the photos over phone and gave me a very technical analysis of the issue, and the effort it would take to fix it. They gave me a quote online (price was competitive), came by to confirm measurements - at which time they took a small deposit to make the order, and 2-3 weeks later everything was installed for what was initially quoted. They did have to come back for one of the screens since it was a tiny bit too small, but they took care of it without additional cost. I requested for windows that would help reduce the noise that I hear from my neighbors dog in the mornings because it wakes me up. The owner came by and told me that the windows he recommended wouldn't be sound proof and that he couldn't guarantee it would work 100%. But he stated that he was confident that it would reduce the noise that I hear from the dogs in the mornings. The new windows didn't reduce the noise at all! I can hear the dogs bark the same as I did with the old windows. I spent over $3000 in cash for the double pane windows that he recommended. What a waste of money! I feel that he knew the windows wouldn't reduce the dog barking noise at all and just wanted to make a profit off me. I knew that the windows wouldn't be sound proof but I expected it to help reduce the noise and it didn't do that at all. Very disappointed by the dishonesty and waste of money! read more
