I had sent an email for a quote at midnight while troubleshooting a humming from my walls. Tracked it to a hardwired firealarm from the 80s. Phillip had gotten back to me within a few hours and let me know he could do it but also let me know how to do it myself. Shut off the breakers, pulled it from the wall and removed the wires from the back and put a wire nut on them. I turned on the power and the humming was gone. read more

Came out and quoted over $4000 which was obviously a massive up-charge after seeing a fairly nice house and nice car in the garage. I reached out to a lot of electric companies on yelp for an estimate on replacing all of the outlets and light switches in a house I just purchased and most either never answered, were very slow with responding, or would not give me an estimate. On Point was the only place that got back to me promptly and scheduled a walkthrough to give me an estimate. Phil's estimate was fair and after the work was done, I paid exactly what I was estimated for the work. He went above and beyond and even fixed some of the old coaxial and telephone ports around the house too.
