What I appreciated the most about Peter was that he took the time to look at the whole system and educated me on the different components of the system, and what things to look out for. I had some home AC issues. After my home warranty co sent a different company out who blamed it on a preventative maintenance issue, but also wouldn't schedule the maintenance, I reached out to Peter at Baseline hvac. He was out some day and completed a through inspection with a detailed comprehensive assessment of what was actually wrong. And was also honest enough to suggest it was an issue the home warranty should handle even at the cost of them not getting the work. He further more made it a point to follow up with me after the fact not once but twice to ensure someone else in fact showed up and secondarily to make sure after their repairs everything was working better. We just had Noel from Baseline heating and A/C come out to fix our heater. The heater worked but would not heat up. Noel diagnosed the system which is 30 yrs old and determined that the gas valve needed to be replaced. The original gas valve could not be found, but he was able to find a replacement which required a new configuration and setup which worked find. Not only did he replace it, but also tuned and optimized it. The price was very reasonable and he told us what the cost would be before he ordered the valve. Our ac stopped cooling. With this current heat wave we had no choice but to call a tech to come out. I checked out various companies but decided with Baseline due to the reviews and proximity to me. Noelle came out on a Saturday first thing in the morning. I gave him a quick description of the issue and he knew right away what the issue was with our ac. A leak. He checked other components to make sure it indeed was a leak. Unfortunately it was. He offered a variety of options with an estimated price to each one. Not being cheap but I went with the cheaper one for the quick fix at this time (family was hot!!!). Still I'll be sure to give Noelle and Baseline a call back for any future issues with my ac. Just had Noel from Baseline out to our house. Very prompt response and called to say he could come earlier than expected. No extra charge for the weekend. He thoroughly assessed our situation and found the issue. We were so afraid it was going to be a huge expensive problem but he figured out what we needed and it was very reasonable. Noel contacted me on a Saturday evening in response to my heater being out of commission. He arranged to make a house call the next morning to try and get our heater working. As it turns out, the problem was easily resolved and Noel shared some important information to keep our furnace running efficiently. Most, if not all other, technicians would have kept the information to themselves and charged an outrage amount for a Sunday morning house call. We were charged only for the house call. Noel spent time at our house to make sure the heater was operating properly before he left. Wow! Noel Ahumada is amazing! I needed my ecobee4 thermostat that I got for free to be install but every other company was charging around $200. Very pricey. Our a/c and heater was broken so there was no point. Noel contacted me , and I let him know we couldn't afford it. He was very understanding and said if we gave him a chance he would only charge us $30 . Too good to be true? Not in this case. He came through. He installed our thermostat. He saw that our a/c wasn't working and he changed and installed new cables. He also fixed our heater. If that wasn't it , the transformer was also dead and he replaced that too. After doing all this he only charged us $30for the installation and $20 for the transfomer. $50 bucks total!!!!!!!! Very blessed! Thank you so much! This is the place to go for all your HVAC needs. Was having an issue with my Nest thermostat a few months back and Nest/Google arranged to have a technician come out and fix it. Noel from Baseline arrived and took care of the problem, did a very clean repair (installed a common wire), and was an all around great guy who clearly knows his stuff. Took his card and figured he would be the guy I call if I ever need service on my furnace or AC. Fast forward to last week and my AC stops working at my house. I knew the AC unit and furnace were 20 years old and on borrowed time and would need to be replaced sometime soon, but it's never a good time to lose your AC, especially when it's 90+ degrees outside. Noel from Baseline came out, ran a series of tests and determined he could fix the unit, but we both agreed it didn't make sense to throw money at the outdated system and better to replace. I must stress that he was low pressure and didn't push me to replace. Just gave me the facts and options, and like I mentioned, I knew it was time to replace. He gave me an estimate, I did some research, called a couple other companies, and decided to go with Baseline. Baseline pricing was very competitive, but just as important, I had a good vibe from Noel and trusted he would ensure a great install. Noel and Ceasar spent two full days removing all the metal ductwork that was probably 30+ years old, removed the old furnace and AC, and then replaced with Lenox furnace and AC system, and new ductwork. Theses guys are legit, working in my tight attic when it's 90 degrees outside (unbearable heat in attic), kept the whole place clean, explained what they were doing throughout the process, couldn't have been nicer start to finish, and most importantly, the new system is beautiful and works flawlessly so far. Never thought I'd be so impressed with a new HVAC system. My experience with Baseline has been outstanding, and I'm confident that if I ever need follow up service, these guys will take good care of me. Our heater went out last week and called another local company out to fix it, the other company was able to diagnose a bad circuit board but said they had to order the part and would return the following day. The other company never showed at the time arrange and called to reschedule for the following day. I decided to call Baseline since we have little ones at home and I didn't want to wait any longer. Baseline was able to send someone over the same day, diagnose the issue, pick up the part and repair the issue all in the same day. All that for close to half what the previous company had quoted. My downstairs heater stop working right before the holidays, and I needed to get it fix quickly since the family was coming over for Christmas. I found Baseline Heating and Air Conditioning online and saw they had a diagnostic charge of only $50 (which I liked) so I gave them a chance. They set me up with a service call the same day and they sent their Service Tech Noel. I liked this company from the moment they stepped in the door, Noel was very pleasant and used floor savers in my home. He quickly diagnosed a bad "hot surface igniter" and luckily had one in stock in his service van. He got my system running in less that 2 hours, and the price was reasonable (which I also liked).
