First thing next day I called left a message, they called a few minutes later and I made arrangements to take it need so they can lift and take a look at it. At arrival at the service center I was received promptly by service advisory (Mike). He explained the process and felt consulting with him in person about my issue he assured me that they would do everything they can to fix it. Well behold, I dropped Trailer at 11:30am and by 1pm they called me to provided be with what the eye diagnosed. I agreed in the service and a few hours later my issues was repaired and good to go. I am happy to say the service was done fast, good quality work, courteous staff, friendly felt very confident about their work. Would be happy to recommended them. I am glad I now know of a service center in the Santee, El Cajon area where I can go to for my trailer repairs. Good job fellas I'm a happy camper.

Took it to a Freightliner shop on Miramar Road that was more focused on fleet vehicles and they were dismissive, didn't repair what was needed, went over the quoted price without advising us, didn't complete the work in the time promised, and communication was poor. We picked it up after 3+ weeks of minimal progress. California Coast was recommended by a friend and we are very impressed with every aspect of their business. We brought the RV in and they did an end-to-end inspection of the engine, steering, suspension, electrical, etc. with photos and advice on what was urgent vs. needed in the future. We talked with Vinnie several times and he was incredibly patient with our questions and gave well detailed answers. All work was completed on time. as promised and at a very fair price. The office manager (Donita) is a gem. We have a warranty and she facilitated coverage and helped us understand the warranty details and process. We asked them about upgrading the suspension and Vinnie provided several options. We chose a mid-range upgrade and after service was completed we took the RV on a 22 day, 2300 mile trip and everything worked great! The suspension upgrade made a HUGE difference on some rough roads (looking at you, I5 in Nor Cal ). Donita called a few weeks after our service to see how things were going, if we needed anything, etc. It was a nice personalized touch. We are relieved to have found a trustworthy local business to work with and highly recommend them!

Oscar put…read morethe parts behind him during installation and didn't show me, answered my questions regarding which parts are being replaced wi the vague answers, looked frustrated when I asked for specifics. I asked are you replacing the whole power center box or just the converter section? He told me the whole box. I asked if it was new and he said yes. Good technicians and real electricians can explain things to you and be transparent because they have nothing to hide. I paid $500 for my own used parts to be used again from my old unit and before I even had the chance to call the owner out on it (who seems to be in on the fraud, he was waiting in the car the entire time), he blocked me. I hired this company to replace the converter in my trailer after water entered through the vent and the unit began smoking and making a whining noise. I was charged $100 for a diagnosis, but Oscar immediately replaced the entire power center box without explaining what was actually being replaced. When I asked Oscar if the converter and other components would be new, I was told it would be a "new box." However, after the installation my lights began flickering and within minutes most of the interior lights stopped working (only the kitchen light remained on). All lights were functioning before the installation. When I contacted the technician, he said the job was complete and that I only hired him to replace the converter, not troubleshoot the lights. This was confusing because he had already replaced the entire unit instead of just the converter module. I later had another technician inspect the system and was told that several parts were not new. The converter appears to be refurbished, my old fuses were reused, and the circuit board also looks old and dusty. I was also charged for three breakers that appear to be the same ones that were already in the unit. Oscar did refund $100 after I raised concerns, but the electrical system is still not functioning properly and I will have to pay another technician to fix it. I recommend asking very detailed questions about what parts are actually being replaced (converter module vs full power center) and whether the components are new, refurbished, or reused before agreeing to the repair. I also found an entire unit for $179 that includes fuse box, fuses, converter module, and breakers online. I feel scammed and disappointed. I was going to keep this private but after inspecting the parts, it really is not fair and misleading he used my own old parts while presenting as new and then put me in a situation where I would have to pay more to fix the fuses, diagnose again, and "trouble shoot lights" when that was already part of the original problem. I was also told by the new tech that wires were taped. Not professional work at all. I feel bad leaving a bad review but they marked up the price on all of these components and intentionally misled me. He also didn't give me a door for the unit so it is exposed. He intentionally misled me which is the same as scamming someone. Do not trust their 5 star reviews.

We decided to completely remove the old Norcold piece of junk and replace it with a residential refrigerator. This is perfect for my situation as the 5th wheel setup as a retreat on our property with full hookups. Jim even knew the exact refrigerator to have me purchase and install. Jim came back on Monday morning and went to work. A few hours later the problem is solved even better than I could have hoped. This residential refrigerator has way more usable space in a much smaller footprint. I added a shelf unit to the gap from the old fridge and moved my nugget ice maker and air fryer. Never once did they show me a fifth wheel trailer with a toy hauler room and 2 bathrooms which would've been perfect for my family! I ended up buying what I thought was great travel trailer rv for us but I was completely wrong and got screwed over. At first it seemed spacious enough for us but after living in this thing for a little over a year now and it is one of my biggest regrets! We bought a 2025 rv and we have barely been living in it for a little over 1 year and it's already falling apart. I can touch the roof without even fully extending my arms. The shelves and cupboards are falling apart. The kitchen is tiny there is no counter space and the refrigerator is already broken. They made this with cheapest parts possible. Theres only 1 restroom and it's so small it's very uncomfortable to go number 2! I was told the rv I was buying was one of they're biggest ones yet over this past year I've seen multiple rv with so much more space more and over 50% cheaper than what I paid for mine. This was definitely a learning experience for myself. I thought I could trust that these people would help me in getting the rv that fits me and my family's needs but instead they sold me an overpriced cheaply made rv. So just a warning be careful when buying from this place or any other rv place and do tons of research before settling! The coach is a 2023, we have used it 6 times. The refrigerator will not cool and the bedroom AC worked 1 time. We have had the coach in 3 times for the AC. Now the service department at Blue compass is telling us we need to purchase a new fridge and AC unit! Is this the standard for a coach that was over $100,000 and use 6 times? Our glass shower door shattered last year, we didn't even bother with that. Seeing as how the Blue Compass service center is of no help! To make matters worse, Jeff the service manager has been repeatedly rude and condescending. He talks to my husband, a 21 year vet and fire fighter, as if he is an idiot. His communication is poor, and he makes you feel dismissed and talked down to. We purchased the coach their brand new in 2023 and trusted they would provide honest, professional service, and they fell short. I would not recommend them to anyone for purchasing or repairs. Our next step is Grand Design and then an attorney.
