Went camping a week ago today. When connecting to water at campsite, water started to gush out of a…read moresmall outlet that's in between the driver side axle of my Lance. I googled County RV Service center and it had decent reviews. First thing next day I called left a message, they called a few minutes later and I made arrangements to take it need so they can lift and take a look at it. At arrival at the service center I was received promptly by service advisory (Mike). He explained the process and felt consulting with him in person about my issue he assured me that they would do everything they can to fix it. Well behold, I dropped Trailer at 11:30am and by 1pm they called me to provided be with what the eye diagnosed. I agreed in the service and a few hours later my issues was repaired and good to go. I am happy to say the service was done fast, good quality work, courteous staff, friendly felt very confident about their work. Would be happy to recommended them. I am glad I now know of a service center in the Santee, El Cajon area where I can go to for my trailer repairs. Good job fellas I'm a happy camper.

Barney reviewed the damage and gave an honest assessment recommending not to repair the trailer because the damage was too severe. Hearing his reasoning, we were in full agreement. Given that experience, when looking to add an inverter, Barney was our go to guy. We had a 2000w inverter with 400w additional solar added for a fair price. The Barney touch was that the inverter prewiring by the trailer manufacture was very poorly done. Barney contacted the trailer mfg and the inverter mfg to understand the reasons that it was set up as it was. He reviewed his solution with them and corrected the wiring to reflect standard practices. This is above and beyond what I expected. Now everything works flawlessly and we are very happy with the job.

We Made it to Montana!!!…read more I can't say enough good things about Henry's Trailers. The weekend before a family trip to Montana, one of my trailer axles failed catastrophically while I was loading up to leave. What made it even more frustrating was that another shop had recently inspected and repacked the bearings, yet the axle still smoked and failed shortly afterward. When I called Henry's, they were already slammed with work and initially didn't have room in the schedule. After hearing my situation and understanding that I had a family trip planned, Holly and the team went out of their way to fit me in. That kind of customer service is rare these days. They replaced my axles, got everything taken care of quickly, and gave me confidence that the trailer was ready for a long trip. We successfully made it all the way to Montana and back down the west coast, 4300 miles without a single issue. Holly was amazing throughout the process, and the entire team was accommodating, professional, and clearly takes pride in their work. The fact that they're so busy is a testament to the quality of their reputation and workmanship. If you need trailer service, repairs, or axle work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Henry's Trailers. They turned a potential trip-ending disaster into a great family vacation.

Terrible experience -- This company will scam you! We would…read morenever recommend this business. We had an extremely disappointing experience here and feel that we were misled and overcharged. The communication and handling of the situation were unacceptable, and we did not feel that the business was transparent about the difference between the "estimate" when we dropped off the trailer and the final charges ( presented at pick up). They performed additional work that was not in the estimate. We were never asked to approve nor did we approve of any additional work ( over the 2 week span the trailer was there when we were told it would take 1 week ) to the tune of over $500! Also, luckily we noticed when leaving that one of the tires on the trailer was the OLD one. We paid for 4 new tires and only had 3 put in it. So they then had to exchange the old tire we came in on with one we were charged for. Not only were they unprofessional in the communication and business transactions in general, the employees were unapologetic and actually complained that it was closing time ( that's when they told us to pick it up) , so we could just pay for it or they could put it right back in the garage and lock it up. Completely unprofessional behavior! I went back and read to FINE print where they say they will do any changes they feel necessary while doing the inspection and then you are responsible for the cost ! Save yourself the frustration and find a reputable company for any repairs !

I came here completely inexperienced not knowing much about rvs and I was under the impression that they were giving me the best deal possible. I explained to them I needed an rv for a family of 4 and that we were looking for something with enough space for all of us. Never once did they show me a fifth wheel trailer with a toy hauler room and 2 bathrooms which would've been perfect for my family! I ended up buying what I thought was great travel trailer rv for us but I was completely wrong and got screwed over. At first it seemed spacious enough for us but after living in this thing for a little over a year now and it is one of my biggest regrets! We bought a 2025 rv and we have barely been living in it for a little over 1 year and it's already falling apart. I can touch the roof without even fully extending my arms. The shelves and cupboards are falling apart. The kitchen is tiny there is no counter space and the refrigerator is already broken. They made this with cheapest parts possible. Theres only 1 restroom and it's so small it's very uncomfortable to go number 2! I was told the rv I was buying was one of they're biggest ones yet over this past year I've seen multiple rv with so much more space more and over 50% cheaper than what I paid for mine. This was definitely a learning experience for myself. I thought I could trust that these people would help me in getting the rv that fits me and my family's needs but instead they sold me an overpriced cheaply made rv. So just a warning be careful when buying from this place or any other rv place and do tons of research before settling! The coach is a 2023, we have used it 6 times. The refrigerator will not cool and the bedroom AC worked 1 time. We have had the coach in 3 times for the AC. Now the service department at Blue compass is telling us we need to purchase a new fridge and AC unit! Is this the standard for a coach that was over $100,000 and use 6 times? Our glass shower door shattered last year, we didn't even bother with that. Seeing as how the Blue Compass service center is of no help! To make matters worse, Jeff the service manager has been repeatedly rude and condescending. He talks to my husband, a 21 year vet and fire fighter, as if he is an idiot. His communication is poor, and he makes you feel dismissed and talked down to. We purchased the coach their brand new in 2023 and trusted they would provide honest, professional service, and they fell short. I would not recommend them to anyone for purchasing or repairs. Our next step is Grand Design and then an attorney.

My parents were picking up their new motorhome today. Usually, the parking lot would be full of vehicles available for sale. It was empty. So, today's visit is called an "Orientation" to point out important features of the new motorhome. CJ was the representative and was able to clearly and accurately describe all the items that were available. He was professional and knowledgeable about all the things that is helpful in enjoying a great experience camping or "RVing". Prior to orientation, the entire vehicle is checked and plugged in and A/C running for comfort. The lobby was very comfortable and have available charging cords for most phones. Restrooms are clean. Large parking lot is also available. Great experience here and will definitely do a return visit call!!!

Unfortunately, when I looked into it further, they charged me two times what I could've paid on Amazon, which was incredibly disappointing. I also ask if the harness that was plug and play for my truck was in there or if I could purchase it. They told me everything was included. What was included was the wiring to splice into a wiring harness, not the actual plug my truck was already wired with and I knew existed. I then had to order the "plug and play" harness and wait several more days. Overall, the staff was friendly. There's a wide selection of trailer supplies. The value is terrible and I'd check online before spending money here.
