I worked with Sales Person Javier D. and Manager Amy J…read more Javier and I talked about my future bike and pricing over the phone, but I knew that real negotiations occur on the sales floor. Javier had the right bike at a great price (I shopped all over). It was a cash deal, so everything went smoothly and seamless. No surprises. Saw the bike, made the deal. The next day I rode it home.

I've given them 3 tries (for three different BASIC orders) and I'll never go here again. Preface this review by saying I called in and they confirmed they have a non model specific part in stock. Very basic stuff! First time I called in for an oil drain plug. Give Cleetus my year, model and he said they got em in stock. I drove 40 minutes one way, guess what? No parts, but he offered to help me Frankenstein one from Home Depot. Guess he didn't know there's a magnet on the plug so I leave empty handed. Second time I called in asking for the rubber squishy mounts for a motorcycle windscreen. Not model specific but he says they have something that'll work. Same old BS, I waste 80 minutes on a roundtrip to find his uneducated moron trainee who's useless. I leave and buy elsewhere. Third strike is today. I call in again and give Manufacturer/model/year for a plastic fairing bolt. These ARE NOT MANUFACTURER OR MODEL SPECIFIC! Dude says yeah we got them in. Same old BS but now gas is $6/ gallon so the trip cost me $20. I get there and Dipshit McGee says the guy I talked to is out on a break for a few hours, he doesn't have the part and doesn't know how to order it. So in these dumb MFers think I'm supposed to hang out in the parking lot for a couple hours until someone that knows their ass from a hole in the ground comes back? I was looking for a plastic push bolt for a 2017 Yamaha tenere. Yah know where I found one? My wrecked 2004 Suzuki gsxr. These plugs are universal and parts store moron said he doesn't know what it is? This place pays for the youngest, dumbest folks they can find. Really sad. Imagine going to Home Depot with a 3 inch screw and the guy asks who you talked to that said they're in stock?! That's how dumb these guys are. Amazingly stupid and useless.

The staff is always friendly and there is a relaxing and comfortable waiting area inside there. They also have a pretty good selection of bikes and merch to look at as well. It's right next to El Cajon police station, so make sure you don't do any nonsense there. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is very knowledgeable.

I bought the bike but the battery was no good from sitting. They did honor the battery and gave me a new one but we had to install it ourselves. We needed to get the bike towed to North County they set us up with some guy I consider a clown with poor reviews they set it up I paid for it and that he didn't zip up the saddlebags and damaged the rear fender. I reached out to the dealership and got nothing but the run around from the salesman. I even sent a letter to the owner Glenn Bagge who didn't even bother to contact me. He just pawned it off on the tow company he used. He didn't even have the courtesy of helping with a solution. If I owed him money he would have been right on it. This goes to show you how he feels about customers once he has the money in hand is my take on him. Please note we never took the bike it went straight from the dealership to North County. I have all communication texts and letter to and from Indian of El Cajon and the tow company and video as well if anyone would like it posted.

Time I'd been there trying to buy a $13000 used Can Am with $5000 down with perfect credit score they turned me away, So me & my other 5 friends that were going to buy Can Ams at Vey's motor sports. Decided to take my business to "Fun Bike Center" and they welcomed me with open arms. That's where I bought my Can Am. And I recommend all my riding friends to them. The assistant sales manager on site told me the manager (owners son) I had the appointment with wasn't there. surprise surprise, he couldn't find the paperwork with the price quote for two motorcycles which combined with $24,000 even. I told him I'm not starting over and negotiating the deal I had already had a deal. I called AEO in Marietta. They had no problem making the deal. I drove up that Saturday picked up the both bikes with my son. really good experience Today I was at a different dealership looking at a Polaris Pro R 4 seater the guy I was dealing with was a former employee. He told me the shop had closed and that the shop I was currently in attempted to buy them out. Shockingly, No Deal could have been reached.
