Their service fees were amazingly affordable/low I couldn't believe it. I called the shop and a very nice young lady answered and I asked her if those service fees were accurate and she said yes. Needless to say I'll ask for assistance. Randy arrived in a timely manner and I cannot tell you what a wonderful person he is! And I don't just mean he knows what he's doing about the car and extremely nice.. He has beyond that. He has a family that works with him and they are all hard-working, and honest. And have love. I've had roadside assistance where I've been treated rudely I've had my car damaged I've been spoken to disrespectful, as I imagine many of you have." So Harrington's automotive has dealt with several of my family members vechiles. Harrington's has…read morebeen fair and accurate. The jeep they diagnosed it with worn suspension components and brakes. My daugher wanted to do the job so when we pulled her jeep apart it was exactly as Harrington's said. Harrington diagnosed my ram. Again they were right on the money. I replaced more than they said since the truck was apart. Bottom line what they said was wrong was wrong. What Harrington said was right was right. I gladly paid them to diagnose a vechile, then they aligned it. People have gone to this shop with estimates from other shops and Harrington has fixed only what needs to done. I know multiple people and vechiles that have been one and done. This shop is worth dealing with.

I recently went in to have Belle look at my cars tires/alignment. The car was pulling. I…read moreexplained the issue and the sales person put it in for a wheel alignment which cost over $100 and then charged me 50% more for a "protection plan" without discussing it with me, further gouging me for $. The alignment did not solve the problem, I took it to my actual mechanic and they explained that Belle rarely actually does the work they claim they did and actually fixed the issue. I spent over 150 for zero work. I also listened to the counter people try to poach customers from their own company, the customer came to the wrong location on accident. They are 100% predatory, even to coworkers. I am never going to them again if I can help it.
