Frustration of ATI Direct Fit Bell Housing... Having…read morepurchase a Direct Fit Bellhousing 200044A, for TH350 which got good reviews at SEMA, I cannot get any support from ATI. 4 Emails 3 direct calls and no call back or reply. It clearly states in 1 page instructions that came with Bell Housing , to contact ATI to properly machine case for direct fit housing would require some exact measurements for milling the pump flange so as to index on case for proper fit. This is the whole premise of why they brought this case to market. Problem is apparently these measurement number for machining are locked away in a vault or don't exists , I can only conclude! Well all I can do is go to JW, TCI or someone and try another path, cause as far as I am concerned if this is the best ATI Customer Service has to offer they will never get my business going forward!! She took advantage of a senile old man and swindled money for NOT REPAIRING ANYTHING. In fact, she left the vehicle in WORSE CONDITION than when it was brought in. Our car wouldn't start in the past cold winter. Rakhee diagnosed that it was a faulty fuel pump. But the car was less than 6 years old and very low mileage and well maintained. She claimed to had secured an aftermarket fuel pump and then had to return it because she ordered the wrong one. When I asked her to provide the proof of that, she refused. It was my mother's car but she wouldn't communicate with her at all. She knew she could take advantage of my father and kept convincing him to authorize BS work. Like ordering a new fuel pump and dropping the fuel tank to drain the fuel. Again, the issue is the car wouldn't start! Rakhee doesn't know a thing about cars. She literally said that a typical car battery lasts 2 years! LOL maybe the ones that she sells. A good battery should last 4-7 years. When I asked for the diagnostic codes, she couldn't provide them. The night before we were going to pick the car, I went by to see the condition of the car. Rakhee has claimed that we couldn't pick it up that day because the fuel tank was not attached to the car. But lo and behold that night the car was sitting outside the shop. I looked underneath the car and the tank was attached. Now who is lying through their teeth? When I asked her what is was doing sitting outside, she said she pushed it outside to not block her service lane. With that logic, she would have to push it back into the garage to reattach the fuel tank the very next morning. Who in their right mind would do that?! In the end my old man paid her $500+ to do absolutely nothing except drain the car of all of its fuel. Hence in worst condition than it was brought in. My father is the type to avoid conflict and he is at an age that couldn't make rational decisions. Unfortunately I couldn't prevent him from paying. She charged us for draining the car of fuel and supposedly ordering the wrong pump. Now who's fault is that and why on earth would that passed to the customer?! We ended up towing the car to a mechanic I trusted. And guess what the real issue was? It just needed a jump start and a reset of the ECM. Conclusion: avoid this place like the plague. If she keeps doing business like this, it won't last. Companies know the name "Rakhee Dhawan." One to NEVER hire.
