This is our first time hiring a company for a "deep cleaning". We've had individuals clean our house before and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately this was a really bad experience. The company was hired for a deep cleaning in a newly purchased home before we move in. The person is charge was very respectful, and easy to communicate with. However the people doing the actual cleaning simply just did not do a good job. The job done was more of a surface clean, instead of a deep cleaning which is what they were hired for. read more

Very poor customer service from day one. I felt bad for the employees that came to clean, because their bosses were obviously incompetent regarding running a business. Sometimes the team was two hours late, sometimes they were an hour early! This is after getting confirmation texts with the appointment time the night before. Also, I paid $800 for a deep clean which was well done... Ongoing $135 every other week plus tip for maintenance cleaning. Problem was by the time I fired them today the team was here less than an hour per visit, and left multiple areas not cleaned! One hour? Are you kidding me? BAIT AND SWITCH!!! I have spent way too much time and energy dealing with the owners of this business. Would never recommend anyone use their service...Get your act together! read more

Requested a deep cleaning primarily to get rid of bedbug stains on walls from a prior infestation for my brother's apartment. They quoted 3 girls for 3-4 hours at $48/hr. I told them the apartment was 600 sq feet only and 3 hours would be the max. They sent 4 girls, none of whom spoke a word of English. I spent 10 minutes with Google translate to explain priorities. I told them at 11:15 I would return at 2 and they needed to finish by 2:15pm. At 2:05,I returned to tell them they had 10 minutes left. I went to check the bedroom walls. Most of the spots were gone but they completely left the closet walls and claimed these spots were unique and wouldn't come out. Such an obvious lie! They were busy cleaning the oven. I told them not to clean it because my brother doesn't cook ever. They argued and kept cleaning. At 2:30, I told them to leave and saw they had bent the TV stand to a 45 degree angle. One girl spent 10 minutes trying to put a folded napkin under to prop it up. Then they gave me a cleaning bill for 3.5 hours to cover the 15 minutes of the one person trying to fix something they broke. I finally got them out and looked in the refrigerator. I had told them to only throw out visibly moldy food. 75% of the food in the refrigerator was gone, most of which had been new and unopened. It was either thrown out or stolen... not sure, but my brother and I were furious. Then I went to my car and got a $25 parking ticket because I was 2 minutes late on the meter, because these girls refused to leave. I called to complain and got some money off the bill, but they kept adding a credit card fee even though I paid by check. After 3 requests to correct it, I cancelled my check and sent a new one. They did a great job cleaning, but the aggravation of paying for 4 girls, when I was quoted 3, not being able to communicate with them because they didn't speak ANY English, not getting all the walls cleaned, having food stolen or discarded, overcharged for 1/2 hr when they refused to finish.... was one of the worst experiences ever. I will start by saying that JSM cleaning did do a fantastic job cleaning and I have no problem with the actual work they did. I was however quoted 500-700$ and they said this was dependent on the size of the home. I have a small 1000 sf condo that had no furniture and was completely empty (a move in clean). The baseboards and trim were all brand new, brand new floors, and I had cleaned the fridge very thoroughly myself. JSM sent 3 people to clean the condo and they stayed for over 6 hours. I was told 48$/person/hr. I do not feel they were upfront in that they did not say they were sending 3 people and I truly do not know how they spent over 6 hours cleaning this small condo. I paid close to $1000 dollars for the cleaning. Again, the cleaning was done well but be aware that they may take advantage of the open price range. read more

Said sending 3 girls, 2 showed up. Paid for DEEP clean, got basic pick up. (Cobwebs still there). Took out numerous bags of "trash" but I went through EVERY bag of "trash" they took out and found numerous non-trash items THAT I TOLD THEM TO ASK IF NEEDED!!!! Clothes. Games. Old photos. Toy pieces, plugs to items such as computers-and phones. I TOLD them not to get rid of, movies, wii games and its accessories, remote controllers for tv,,,,,, but still found. NO TRASH BAGS found that I had given (a box of 40 with 3 missing) them and only 3 used by them. STOLE MY ALMOST BOX OF TRASH BAGS!!! I'm, now, extremely disappointed. read more
