Used Joe Cleans for my carpet and bathroom shower and had a bad experience. When I called to get…read morean initial quote while giving them all of my dimensions they told me $180-230 but $250 max. They also confirmed several times they would not start working until they gave me an exact quote. I left for work and they didn't call once to give me the quote and they billed me $320. Joe was good enough to settle at $250 but after I called to complain. Carpet came out nice but shower was terrible. I emailed with pictures to show them How unsatisfied I was and as an update as of 1/9, Joe PERSONALLY wrote me a letter to apologize with a full refund of the shower and grout cleaning. He has really taken responsibility and gone above my expectations for a response. Even though I wasn't satisfied with experience, he made sure that the situation was rectified.
