My Lexus got in to a hit and run and jace and his team did an excellent work on my Lexus and in my time frame really appreciate there hard work on my car and he went above and beyond by painting my trunk to match everything and my grill thank you to jace and his team #1 shop and he made sure that my vlands headlights came in on time

I took my headlights into Jase after ruining them trying to buff them myself. He brought them right back to life and had them looking brand new in to time! A few month later I also asked Jase to paint some bumpers for me. My car looks great and I couldn't be happier with the job. Quality was grade A and so was the customer service. Jase was very kind throughout both processes and it shows that he really cares about people and his craft. I'll go to Jase every time! Thanks Jase!

Bumper paint not matching body. Above the headlight, notice the jagged strips of paint missing. Hood re-cleared unevenly. Meh.

I wanted to surprise my husband and get his carbon fiber hood sanded and re-cleared along with the front bumper replaced while he was away on a business trip. Jayce pre-painted the bumper and installed it during the time the hood was being refinished. I had offered to leave the car there for a week because I wanted everything done right. However, he said he only needed two whole days. He doesn't have the room for cars to be kept overnight. Seemed like the work would be rushed (it was, check the quality), but since he came at such high praise from friends I thought I'd risk it. The price was fairly cheap. You get what you pay for. Quality was novice. When I went to pick up the car it was clear the bumper paint did not match the rest of the body. The whole job seemed rushed. And as stated in my husband's review, he happened to tear off chunks of the original paint while working on the hood. He absolutely refused to resolve this saying this was not his issue and he would charge us if we wanted it fixed. So the front now has jagged strips of uncovered metal. Like, bare metal. The reason for the one star is sure, he seems like a nice guy when you're getting your estimate, but he was constantly late for all the meetings we had scheduled. Unprofessional in my thoughts. Another car enthusiastic looked at the car as soon as I left the shop and all he said was, "Take it back. It looks f***ing awful. Have them redo it." Also, if you're a female, prepare for lies. I could tell he was bullsh*tting out his ass. I'm the nonconfrontational type so I quietly stood there fuming. I like to play the whole, 'oh-im-a-girl-i-dont-know-much-about-cars' because it shows me how honest a mechanic is being when attempting to sell me services. Be honest. Some of us actually know what you're talking about. Would I recommend this place? No. You need a quick, cheap fix for something and don't mind risking quality? Make sure it's not an overnight job. I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but when he aggressively argued back to my husband's comment (which has now been deleted), I figured I'd leave my own comment. I wonder how he'll respond. P.S. Hubs is still mad at me I took his baby to this place. And it's been over a year. :(

Jase was pretty good with communicating during the process - even before I even considered dropping off the car.

I normally don't leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share our experience…read more Our 2011 Toyota RAV4 has been at Encore Collision since October 2025 for repairs. Over several months, we were repeatedly told that work was in progress, parts were on order, or that the vehicle was nearing completion. It's March 31, 2026 and it is still not finished. However, during multiple in-person visits, there has been little to no visible progress. Communication has been inconsistent, and there were times we arrived during business hours and no one was available. We understand that delays can happen, but the lack of transparency and follow-through has been extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. We also observed signage indicating BBB accreditation; however, the BBB website currently lists this business as not accredited, which was confusing and concerning. At this point, we have had to escalate the matter in order to seek resolution. We hope this can still be resolved professionally, but based on our experience, we would strongly advise others to proceed with caution as there are many red flags despite the positive reviews.

I don't even know whee to start with this place. My husband had hit something on the front driver's…read moreside. It started leaking anti-freeze. We needed to get that fixed along with the bumper. We took it to Encore and they quoted us $3700. A few days later they called and said that it would be another $400 for a part. Two days later they said that it would be another $200. When we finally went to pick up the car we saw that the bumper was fixed. They also fixed some other things in the front, since it was pushed back. When I inquired about the fix for the anti-freeze the guy had no idea what I was talking about. We had a new bottle of anti-freeze in the trunk and they put it in the car for us. It didn't leak out, which was a good sign. We drove it to Costco a block down and saw that all the anti-freeze was leaking out. We called the guy and dropped the car off again. He called the next day and said it would cost $800 to fix the anti-freeze leak. A day later he called and said it would be another $400 to fix the inverter. All in all, the hubby paid around $6000 for something they quoted as $3700. That plus the fact that they had our car for over three weeks. When we finally picked up the car they did give us a complimentary car wash, which we appreciated. We've had the car back for four days now and thankfully it's running smoothly.

Only reason that im leaving it early is because so far, ive gotten amazing service. I am leaving a review for Mazda as well. My car is currently being worked on by SH Fender in Kaka'ako. I drive a Mazda SUV, newer model. I noticed the the roof had some bubbling happening. If you know anything about paint, you know that bubbling can only mean that you'll be in a world of debt if you let it keep going. Now, being that my car is newer, I was shocked to see the paint and roof already starting to rust. I dont take my car to the beach. I dont park at construction sites. I dont throw bird poop at it. Luckily for me, this job is being covered by the paint warranty offered by Mazda. Go me! Anyway, I dropped my car off at Mazda and it was quick to head over to SH. SH was also quick to start it -- I know this because on the same day, I got a call requesting for the key to remove my roof racks (that I stupidly forgot to hand over). That being said, after doing some research, I was super happy that SH was responsible for my car since they have excellent reviews and a friend of mine has used them before. If I could have repainted the roof black, I would have, hahaha, but I assume they'll do an amazing job on the polymetal grey. P.S. SH guys, if you want to get that scratch off my front bumper, feel free to do so HAHAHA.

I primarily worked with Cole. Cole was a pleasure to work with--professional, communicative, and kept everything on track. Something that I really appreciate from vendors is when they take the time to educate their customer. Cole answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything about the process. It's clear that Mr. Pak runs a high-quality operation here. From the initial quote to picking up the truck after it was finished, took exactly eight days. The drop-off to pick-up took two days. Quality and efficiency. I highly recommend this team. After seeing the quality of work on my Tundra, I won't be suggesting anyone else. This is officially the shop I'll personally be using and will be referring people to going forward.

I sent the car to this place, and Cole went under my car and spotted the problem right away. A quote was immediately provided. The quote was fair and I left my car behind. I like the efficiency. It was a simple fix. Stick the bumper reflector back in place. That's it, and that was what was done. Cole took the trouble to explain to me what was done and even what materials he used to get the job done. Highly recommended.
