Story time: Someone reversed into my car while it was parked at the beach... I know, I know... I was angry because there were TWO empty stalls next to me! Sooooooo how do you bang a parked car with two empty stalls?!?! The topper to all of this is my car needed a safety check this month and I was in a rush to get it done. Anyways, worked it out with the other driver and was referred to Aiea Collision Center. They are located on Kahai st in Kalihi. They're open Monday through Friday and closed on the weekends. They were able to replace the tail light & paint the damaged area in 24 hours! I did have to wait two weeks before getting my car in (they were BUSY) but they were so good! I worked with Craig to get a quote. He's a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. All of their staff were very friendly. I'm really appreciative because I don't frequent these types of shops, so I was glad they took the time to walk me through the plan of what they were going to do to the car. My second generation 2015 Toyota Tacoma clear coat was peeling really bad on the cab and hood. I called Aiea Collision Center on Kahai Street and asked Scott T. if he could provide me with a quote to repaint the hood and the cab. He gave me a quote and an appointment date.. The truck was taken down on a Monday and was finished on a Friday. The truck looked new. The paint was nice. It matched the rest of the truck. I was very pleased with his work. The hot sun and UV rays really kills the paint on your vehicles in Hawaii. If you get into an accident and want your ride to get fixed right the first time, look no further as this shop is A+ all the way. I was so happy to hear that this place was on my insurance companies list of preferred shops as I didn't want to go to the shop Allstate sent me to (the guy's insurance that hit me). So far I have been here three times and all three times, I was really happy with the work they did for me. Scott who I'm assuming is the owner is the one who does the estimates or at least is the one who has done mine. He is pleasant, takes a bunch of pictures, asked me some questions of the accident. They were so busy that I had to wait for a couple of weeks to bring my car back to get fixed but that's ok as they squeezed me in earlier because I was really hoping to get my car back before a certain day. Scott took a look at the schedule and bumped me up. I was so happy that I could of gave him a hug! But thankfully I contained myself. I'm sure Scott would of been like calm down Ward, but yes I was that happy. After I dropped my car off I asked how long it would take before I could get my baby back, they told me up to three days depending if they see anything that needs to be fixed behind my bumper. 3 days was perfect as I needed my car back before the weekend. Another thing I like about this place is that if they know the insurance company is getting you a rental car from Enterprise, they will call them up to come to let them know to have the shuttle come and pick you up. As I was driving around doing my errands, I was surprised to hear Caroline's ( she is the lady behind the scenes, the master controller so to speak ) voice as she called me to let me know my car was finished. Instead, it is located in Kahai Street near Kalihi. My automotive dealer recommended this place. Actually, all Toyota dealerships recommend this place. Aiea Collision also is approved as a repair center in the All State Insurance network, which means you don't have to be the middle man when the repair shop start settling the costs of their work. It's almost a hands off process. You just need to mention which repair shop you're taking your car to. The rest is taken care by them. Their work is next to perfect. The dents and scrapes are gone as if the accident never happened to the car. It shows they take pride in their work and their customer service is very professional and courteous, especially for someone whose had his first vehicle accident ever. I had a big dent in the corner of the rear bumper of my Nissan that I was getting tired of looking at. I saw several videos on YouTube on how to pop this kind of dent back out with hot water or a heat gun, but before I went with the DIY route I decided to get a professional quote. I had driven by Aiea Collision Center (ACC) several times when they were in Aiea, but they've since moved to Kahai Street off of Nimitz Hwy in town. I emailed pics of the damage to ACC and Gary responded within an hour or two asking if I could bring the car in. I had my wife make an appointment just for a quote but upon arrival she was told it could be fixed within a few minutes. Scott took over and was able to pop out the dent in no time. If it wasn't for the paint that was cracked in the initial impact, there's little evidence of the previous damage. Getting into your first accident is NO fun. Luckily my car insurance recommended Aiea collision center to me and they made the whole process less stressful! I first came in for an estimate, they took pictures of my entire car, took a quick look then gave me an estimate that day! The estimate probably took 10 minutes max. Next, they scheduled my appointment for the repair. Even though I had to wait 2 weeks... it was well worth the wait. I'm guessing they're really busy which is a good sign!!! They said it would take 3 days but it took less than that... I was so happy! When I came in to drop off my car/pick up my car, they coordinated with the rental agency to pick me up and take me to Aiea auto collision. It seems they have a good relationship with my rental car company because they coordinated the pick up and drop off for me which was one less thing for me to worry about (I.e. coordinating with my bf to take me to the rental car agency, which would be such a hassle). Overall I was EXTREMELY happy! They made this experience so much less stressful and were very efficient! I will definitely be back (but crossing my fingers this doesn't happen again)!!! But if anything were to happen to me or anyone else, I would definitely recommend this place! My new car was hit in an accident and there was extensive damage to both right-side doors, center frame, and rims. Found this place through my insurance when a guy rear ended me last year. Aiea Collision Center is less than 5 minutes away (right off of Kam Hwy) from where I live so it's very convenient. Easy to miss, so just look for Texaco and they're right behind them. You need to set up an appointment for an inspection so they can provide you with an estimate. Once that's provided, you provide it to your insurance. When that's approved, you email Aiea Collision Center and then they will set up an appointment for the repair. Just recently, I found some kind of weird (what looks like liquid) stain on my roof. Luckily, my car was purchased with a Xzilon warranty when I bought it, so that protects you from all kinds of damages that can occur from nature. Being that my car isn't protected by a garage at both work and home, I knew this was a protection I needed. My car's dealership couldn't figure out what the damage was caused by, so they told me to contact Xzilon to figure out what could be done. When I took my car to Aiea Collision Center for the inspection, Scott told me that it would be an easy repair (sanding and repainting) that would allow me to have my car back within 2 days. The only thing about this place is that they are busy! Don't expect to get your fix right away. For this most recent repair that I need done, I was given a date a little over a month away to bring my car in for the repair. Luckily, it's nothing too major, so it's okay that the date is so far away. Keep this in mind when deciding to choose this place. Maybe ask ahead of time what their appointments look like. I'm not sure if they're always busy like this, though. I don't remember my visit here last year taking more than a month to come back for the repair. This place is legit, though. They do a really good job and once you do have an appointment set up for the repair, they're quick! Customer service is always top notch. Ask for Scott. While enjoying the beach with family and friends one day, some donkey in a POS truck decided to burnout in the rocks, flying rocks in the air hitting several cars including mine, causing a lot of little paint chips and nicks all over the driver's side, front bumper area, hood and roof of my truck. Some chips so bad it went to metal. The truck left the area and made a claim with my insurance. Went to see Scott and Aiea Collision Center. Came here to repair my whole rear bumper & trunk from a collision on the freeway (wasn't my fault, thank gosh). Just finished doing my estimate with Geico & Aiea Collision Center was one of their picks to get my car repaired. My mother had gotten her car fixed here too before & she told me to see if they had openings for my car that same day after the estimate. Drove here & walked into the office. The office guy (not the owner) looked over my estimate & said the next available date was Nov. 27! What?! I can't wait that long! Keep in mind it was October 12. So I declined & started walking out of the office, thinking of other places to go to because I've had it with driving with a huge dent on my car. Luckily, while walking back to my car, the owner stopped me & said "was he able to help you?" I said "no because you're next available day is in late November." He asked which car was mine & I pointed at my Toyota Yaris. He said "wait here." Within 10 seconds, he came out of the office & said "I'll take care of your car." I was in shock! I was so happy! He took my car right then & there! My car was estimated to take 2 weeks in repair which was reasonable. I got a phone call a week later saying my car was ready for pickup! Hooray! After 2days of picking up my brand NEW 2018 CamryXSE at Servco Toyota, I got into an accident at a parking lot in Kapolei. Another vehicle that was parked across of my Camry started to reverse out of her parking stall when I was already half way out of my stall FIRST. Even when I stopped right away when I noticed from my back up camera, the other vehicle kept continuing to reverse towards my car without any awareness and unfortunately the other car hit my rear passenger side and left a HUGE dent & tiny scratch. Aiea Collision was one of the preferred auto repair shops from my All State insurance. I have made the BEST decision to choose Aiea Collision out of the 4 other auto repair shops preferred from my car insurance. From the very first day I came to Aiea Collision on Thursday Nov2 to get my estimate done, I had a good first impression of this place. As I stepped out of my car door I was greeted immediately from Scott, aka the Manager. Scott knew it was me as soon as I drove into their driveway because I made an appointment early at 7:30a to get an estimate, so he was expecting me and did my estimate & inspected my car right away when I got out of my car. It only took him no more than 5mins to do! After he was done with the estimate, Scott gave me the option to get the repairs done at their shop or another place but I decided to stick with Aiea Collision because of the good reviews that I have previously read on yelp. He then told me that their next available appointment to get repairs done would be on Dec18, yikes I didn't want to wait that long to get my car repaired! BUT Scott told me after, that he will make sure he'll get my car in much sooner to start the repairs when their schedule is clear. I definitely was okay with that! The following Monday (Nov6) after I got my estimates, I received a call from Scott saying that I can bring in my car to start repairs. I was soooo happy that he called to tell me that. So I dropped off my car to Aiea Collision that Monday afternoon. Gary the front receptionist was nice enough to call Enterprise for me to get my rental car, luckily I had coverage for that through my Allstate insurance. It took 5days to get my car damage repaired. Yesterday, I picked up my car & it looks so brand new again like nothing happened!! Also, it's so nice of Aiea Collision team that they washed my car before I picked it up cause I know that it was kind of dirty when I dropped it off for repairs lol. I just want to happily thank Scott & his team for taking good care of my car & doing such an awesome job of removing that huge dent & tiny scratch on my rear passenger side because it's long gone now! Specially to Scott for providing one of the BEST customer service that I have experienced. I would recommend others to come here for any repairs. The representative I spoke with in the Aiea Collision Center Office gave only "Gary" as a name. Gary had limited communication and social skills, and an agitated aggressive manner. I was trying to provide the Allstate estimate, and ask him to change his disposition because it was offensive. He told me if I don't like his Customer Service skills then I should take my business elsewhere. I couldn't trust the service with communication like that. So, I left the shop. read more

These guys are the best! Referred by geico. They have a geico estimator at their location that checks out damage, orders the items needed for repair, cuts out a check and schedules the drop off before you leave within 15-30m. So I got there within the same week as the accident and met with the geico estimator. She scheduled my repair to be done Nov 7th. Since my car had minimal damage the shop owner says I could be squeezed in a week earlier! So I drop off my car Halloween morning at 730. The guy at the front desk calls enterprise to pick me up for a rental, awesome. That day around lunch time I recieve a call that my car will be ready for pick up by 3... SAME DAY! if I knew how fast it would be I wouldn't have gotten the extra protection for the rental lol. So I gather up cash for my deductable, head over by 4 and my car is cherry! New bumper, sparkley and clean. I had purchased a plate for my safety sticker but forgot to mention that I wanted the sticker placed there from the old bumper... it was done anyways. Thank goodness for people that have common sense! I would highly recommend this shop for any auto repairs you may need.
