I wish I could leave 10 negative stars because JT first gave me his piss poor attitude, said I was ungrateful, disrespectful and told me I should've called him back because I was selling my car due to the 3 tires of my new car being slashed and I do not have the funds to replace them along with a new chip key that is expensive. I haven't been able to work so i can pay for these things because my vehicle was my job driving for Uber Eats and Door Dash. So, I called several places; as would anyone else selling their Mercedes Benz they worked hard for just to get my $450 of my tires slashed and JT unfortunately was one of the people I called. He offered me $100 more than the place that I had already agreed to sell with. I kindly refused because it wasn't worth the headache to hope they weren't on the road and on their way being they were close to where i live, in the same town and way closer than JT's company; to pick up the car and then start the wait all over again. If that were the case, then I could see someone getting upset. He then proceeded to send me a message after we hung up as if I wasn't already pissed off and upset and crying, this unprofessional idiot who I have no idea how he is still in business from that short phone call, JT then decides he's going to send me a message. He started the message demanding that i never call him again and continued to talk to me like I did something personal to hurt him or go out of his way. He thought because he offered me more money that i would take it and was extremely mad that I didn't. I don't know where he gets off telling me what to do in any way whatsoever but since the moment he called me this rude man has been giving me life advice on what to do in life when it comes to selling MY car and the decisions I make when I decide to sell MY car especially since i did nothing to make him go out of his way or waste his time other than the phone call i got too late and I'm pretty sure that he isn't that busy that by making that phone call set him so far back or anything negative. Phone calls are part of your job and I feel that if you are going to be that mad that you can't control your mouth or the things you say and you treat a someone like that, you need to work in a cave far away from people and make sure you don't have to have contact with the human kind. So, if you have a car you need towed and are calling around trying to find the best price, I highly recommend not contacting this company. Never have I ever been treated so badly. read more
