This was not worth what my daughter paid. I received a pedicure today from someone who seemed to have never done one before, and pays NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN PAINTING NAILS! I'm have been a regular customer and this was the 3rd time I got pissed off. My daughter made us an appointment I called back to request Sara to do my nails but as usual there was a screw up when I arrived. Usually I go to Avery but she is making money from doing a full set she tins to not have time for you. Her work is good but since she is part owner she just takes the folks needing a full set as Thats we're the money is at. JT the other owner is the best but only does dip nails. He prefers to only wrap cars and is never there anymore. They use to do quality nails but now chase the money. I spent 4 hours to just get a pedicure and gel fill. The more I have gone lately I see unhappy customers. The 2 new people they hire work suck. That's who they tried to give me today. I hate that I have great reviews before because they no longer deserve it. So went across the street to get my nails praying for a better outcome. read more

I had a gel manicure. The color I picked didn't quite come out to what I thought. I mentioned something and JT said we'll change it. Even the nail technician said "we won't you happy". I didn't feel like I was a nuisance to them. They were very accommodating. I have never had that experience anywhere, but JT's I've had my nails done for 25-30 years. It was so refreshing. I'd highly recommend this place. I'll go back for sure. read more

When I arrived, I was the only guest. For the remainder of my 2 and a half hour full set, Only the lady's husband and kids arrived. Mind you, I have been returning to this salon for about 3 years. She filed my nails extremely hard to the point of excruciating pain after many times telling her I was experiencing discomfort. She continued to call me a "Baby" and explain to me that my nails were crooked and needed to be "corrected". What was 'supposed' to be a therapeutic and relaxing spa session, soon turned into an anxiety ridden horror show... grabbing onto my chair and biting my tongue. I requested a full set with black polish and some stickers, She ended up charging me $115 dollars for the "extra length" without telling me before hand. She exclaimed that it was $30 extra for my length, even tho i had gotten longer sets before and never have I EVER been charged that ridiculous amount. Business seems to be slow due to the rudeness and overcharging. I do not recommend JT Nails and I do not recommend Nina what so ever! Please choose a more relaxing and enjoyable spa, spend your money elsewhere! read more

This place is disgusting the owners are rude and will get mad if you don't tip...I've been going to this shop for about a year now...I've always tipped the one time I didn't the lady pretty much made it very clear that she didn't value me as a customer...I'm not big on doing reviews but I want the world to know that the people who work here aren't genuine as I thought....the prices changed which I had no problem with but there's no signs that tell you the actually price...so please clarify how much your services will cost you in the beginning...after 1 year I'm no longer giving this salon my money or business.... read more

My daughter is 7 and typically and nail salons they hurry up and don't fully clean up her nails as they would an adult; not here! All her cuticles and dry skin were cleaned up and perfect. every time I get my nails it goes from $50.00 to $75.00 now $200.00 for stones they act like they're real they're fake , never has it ever been that much they need to come down on their price because I will no longer go there so I do not suggest this place whatsoever they are going way over priced. read more
