Gel polish removal for the toes is $15. I needed help removing my previous gel polish. I came in on a Friday at 4pm as a walk-in. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked what I needed. I was sat right away and the removal took about 10-15 minutes. They drilled off the old gel polish, gave the toes a quick scrub, rinsed, cleaned the nails, sprayed, dried and I was out. I was not interested in a pedicure at the time due to timing but I would be interested in learning about their other services for the future. read more

I've been to Lavish a handful of times. It's been good overall. Today, I asked for my usual. Regular pedicure without massaging my legs and only massaging my feet. The girl that did my pedicure didn't speak English. I said I only wanted my feet massaged and not my legs. The owner asked from across the room if I didn't want a massage? I repeated, I only want my feet massaged. My pedicure began, and she began my polish without any massage. I had no massage on my feet as requested. I'm sure it was a misunderstanding, and I chose not to say anything, as she already started painting my toenails. What's unfortunate is, I only get pedicures occasionally and look forward to getting my foot massage. I paid my pedicure and tip as always. Now I wait and hope for a foot massage next time. :( read more

I'm very gone here a ton with my sister and we love it, they've always been able to recreate the nails based off the reference photo almost perfectly. I'm not sure who does my nails, typically someone different every time, but they're always very nice and friendly. Definitely recommend this one over the one across the street! read more

This was probably the worst manicure I have ever had. Staffed with young men with minimal experience in an unclean salon. My first clue should have been the towel he laid down, folded over because the inside was dirty from previous manicures. The files were dirty, the cuticle instruments he took out of a plastic drawer bin and wiped on a towel on his pants. Cuticle lotion put on one hand and not the other. As he proceeded to start polishing my nails with base coat I asked if he was going to use lotion on my hands and arms. Said oh ok and then tried to do it around my wet nails. One coat of base, one coat of clear. Awful service in a less than clean place, $20 for a basic manicure. read more

If you want to relax don't come here. If you want your nail beds to be mutilated by the electric file, the person that performs the service to dig their nails into your skin while they trim and polish your nails. And for the grand finale get an awesome burn from very hot stone, you've found your place! Service so hot you'll literally jump out of your seat! I'm glad to say my daughters experience was gentle and relaxing. Unfortunately I think this proves that sometime you can't teach an older dog new tricks. The older women literally laughed when I told her she burned me. I don't think we will be back. Or if I do decide to give them a try again I will make sure it's not the same person. Just moved here from San Diego and have been looking for a nail salon. I have never had such a horrible French hombre done. Above is the picture I showed them and below you can see what I walked out with. I told him the pink was too bright and he said "after I file it won't be so bright". While I was walking out someone asked if everything was ok, I said "no" and showed him my nails. He just shrugged and said oh. Didn't offer to fix them! I paid $55 for this! I showed a picture of what I wanted, and the tech hesitated to which I said if you can't do it it's fine I have another idea. They said they could do it so we continued on. The tech seemed very distracted. Looking everywhere but my nails while doing them. The tech kept cutting my cuticals when filing it hurt. When it came to painting my nails I could tell the tech was not confident in what he was doing, painting wiping it off trying again wiping again. The tech I had couldn't even finish my nails I was given to another tech to have a design drawn ( I was not the only person being bounced around for designs) which I gave the opportunity to the tech to say they could not do it yet they said they could knowing full well they could not. The thickness of the nails isn't even same along with the length. Don't recommend for design nails. Basic nails only. read more

They tell you it'll be a 5 to 10 minute wait and you end up holding an hour. They try to take everybody in that walks in even though they don't have enough staff to accommodate them. I stood for 10 minutes and no one asked if they could help me. The owner was on the phone sorry his cell phone while he was working with a customer. Never put the phone down to help me. I just paid $27 for this terrible gel job on my daughters nails. This place is close to the house but that doesn't help. I will absolutely not be going back. So bad 15 minutes after posting my original review, the owner replied asking us to come back in for a re-do at no charge. Billy was very apologetic. Please be aware of this nail salon. I came in to have my dip removed from my nails and receive a manicure. Never ever have I experienced anything like this, as I have been getting my nails done for over a decade. The tech put both of my hands into a plastic bag filled with acetone. He started to take out the trash around the nail salon and my hands just sat in acid. I told him that my hands were burning but he did not speak a word of English so I had to inform another nail tech. This tech then took my hands out. I asked why they submerge your entire hand into acetone and not just cover the nail with foil and cotton like EVERY other nail salon. I did not receive an answer. This tech did not know the basics of a manicure. He split my nail in the middle while trimming it. He filed my skin while attempting to file my nails! I was literally in pain. I complained to the manager and his response was I will only charge you 50%!!!!!!!! So I basically was charged to be tortured. I will attach photos of the chemical burns I received. When I told the manager I have chemical burns he laughed at me and said I already gave you 50% off. I'm wondering if they are even licensed, if guy is legal citizen or has had any training. He didn't do my cuticles, put lotion on my Apple Watch and looked super confused the whole time like he was guessing and looking for my reaction. Disturbing. read more

First, I walked in at 2:30 with an appointment set at 2:30 and waited for 20 minutes for no reason because I was the only one in the shop with 4 other workers. Second, the lady went so fast doing my nails and touched my skin multiple times with the electric filer. Third, when I asked her to fix the shape, she yelled at me and told me that I should have told her earlier before almost putting polish on my nails. And if you couldn't already guess, my nails look like absolute crap. Each is a different shape and is so clumpy. I was extremely disappointed and went straight to another salon to get them fixed. I was a walk-in and asked if they had time for a pedicure and a dip manicure. The girl at the front told me yes, showed me the dip colors and the regular polish for the pedicure. Got the pedicure started right away. It was fine, the polish job wasn't amazing, but not horrible. The nail tech asked if I was wanting a manicure to which I said "Yes." I then waited a whole hour while they took two other manicure walk-ins ahead of me. I finally asked to pay for just the pedicure and the same girl who helped me at the beginning told me she didn't know I wanted a manicure, even though I heard her repeat it when I walked in and she showed me the dip colors.
