My vehicle died on the freeway in the morning while my daughter was driving on the freeway. She called FSP, who towed the car off the freeway. I found JT Towing on Yelp and gave James a call. James was able to help me right away and was close by. He waited by my vehicle due to the fact that it was parked in a area known to have shady people. He immediately knew the alternator on my SUV was the problem after telling him what happened before the vehicle stopped and he diagnosed it to confirm it was the alternator once at home. James at JT Towing was amazing in helping us out today! Our car was dead, would not restart In the middle of a terrible rainstorm, so we called JT. He answered our call immediately, asked perfect questions to understand the situation, let us know that he could be there in about 15 minutes...and he was! After jumping our car to get us started, he diagnosed that the cranking power was insufficient and we should replace the car's original battery. When we asked him where to go, he suggested O'Reilly's which was right around the corner, with simple instructions on how to get there. James of JT Towing is SOLID!!! I won't hesitate to call him again or recommend him family and friends. My 83yr old mothers car wouldn't go into gear and it was parked in the Queens Hospital parking structure. It was later in the day around 5pm and JT Towing wasn't my first call but I'm happy James called back first. I explained the situation and he was up front stating that parking garages were very difficult especially if the car doesn't go into gear. He asked if I could get pics of the garage and parking situation so he would have a better idea. I got him pics within the hour and he said it looked doable and he could work us into his schedule the following day. Later the following day he talked to the parking company got in, got mom's car out and to the repair shop. He let me know when he got the car out and when he dropped it at the repair shop. I asked him if there were any parking charges would he be willing to pay them and add them to his invoice so mom or I wouldn't have to go down to Queens. He said yes, but fortunately for us they waived any fees due to the situation. His invoice was very reasonable, much less than I expected. If you ever need towing JT Towing should be your first call. Have you ever met an angel here on earth? Well let me tell you that I did, and it was no other than James from JT towing. Today my Toyota Camry chose to breakdown on the town side of the H3 tunnel, just before the entrance. Anyone who has driven on the H3 knows how fast the vehicles are traveling and being that today was Saturday, everyone had someplace to go... and was driving at top speed to get there. As I sat in my car looking over my options, James pulled up on his black steed (his tow truck) to save the day! He asked if I was okay and what was going on with my car. He wasn't in a hurry to secure my service, he wanted to make sure that 1) I was okay and 2) if there was something that he could do to help me on my way (even if that meant there wouldn't be a tow needed). Long story short, if I should ever need a towing service or anyone that I love and care about should need a tow, JT Towing is who I would call. So my advice to you, don't waste your time on companies who just want your hard earned money; go with someone that cares and has a heart!
