Tried the J1; the milk green tea with milk jello. It had just the right amount of sweetness and creamy texture. The ice didn't melt quickly, which helps with not diluting the drink. I wanted to try the banh mi, but they were out. Inside was clean and bright, but the space is limited and cramped; definitely not a good place for large groups unless you're able to get seating right at the entrance. The tables seat about 3 people. The entrance to the parking lot was pretty steep, so it's not really low car friendly. I ended up just parking on the street. Went in here for boba tea (naturally) and somehow we ordered the ramen spicy soup. I can't explain how amazing it was, It was better than any actual SOUP place I've gone to, in my life. I love milk tea no 5 here and I can't stop to drink three times a week. It is very creamy and strong tea flavor. I always order it with grass jelly and sea cream on top. If you don't like sweet, just ask them for more ice. Don't order light sweet because it no longer tastes good. read more

Not too sweet and you can taste the tea flavor which I appreciate a lot! Went here initially for food with my Asian girlfriend, and were greeted by a non happy slightly rude cashier. Maybe she was just having a bad morning/ afternoon. It happens, I was a cashier too. We were looking at the menu for sometime to decide what to eat, and as we began to tell her our food choices, we were told the kitchen was closed... around noon, but there was someone sitting at a table eating hot steamy noodles. No biggie, we ordered drinks and a dessert that was already pre made. I had their tropical fruit tea and she had their Almond Panna Cotta Lychee sweet dessert. Both were really good and tasty. I liked their establishment and the atmosphere along with the nice viet-pop music. As we were enjoying our stay, I could see other employees just staring at us, or just me. I didn't let that bother me. Moments later another couple came in to pick up food they had ordered. So now we're confused by this situation. We thought the kitchen was closed. We didn't make a big deal about it. We quietly left. I apologized to her because I said it was probably because I'm black and they felt some type of way. It doesn't happen often, but it happens enough to where I notice certain things. I know their drinks and dessert are good, and probably the food too, but I wouldn't know. I always come to this location and this is the first time I've been upset with the service. I called ahead to place an order and I specified twice that I wanted the sauce separated from my salads since I won't be eating them any time soon. They said that's fine. When I came in I asked her again if she separated the sauce and what she did was what upset me. She doesn't answer my question and looks in the box and sees that the sauce has all been mixed in, and then proceeds to close the box and puts it in the bag. Thinking I wouldn't noticed that the sauce has been mixed. I asked her why she mixed them and she then says that I didn't tell her to do that with a very smug look on her face. But jtea got on my nerves so much that I think I should write another bad review about it lol. 1) One time I came in the morning and ordered fresh milk with black sugar boba. So, what are the main ingredients in this tea? Milk tea and BOBA, right? They did not have boba ready, so they made the milk tea and forced me to get jelly instead. When I asked if I could get another drink, they said no because they already made the tea. Was that my fault that they didn't have boba? 2) Another time I ordered Triple Berries smoothies and asked for no syrup. The girl went inside, then came back and said their policy is that they put sugar in everything. What kind of policy is that? So how come the owner told me they could adjust the sweetness of the drink upon my request? Would not recommend it and would not come back! read more

However, my most favorite drinks is green tea with milky jello, fresh milk with black sugar, peach green tea, and sea salt milk tea . There yogurt drink is pretty good as well for kid. I also love there snack, special banh Tran Tron, Anh banh mi nuong muoi ot is the best.. if you New and never been to this place, you should try my recommendation. There decorations is pretty, young modern , nice, clean, cute and refreshing look with green and white theme decor. There drink price is very reasonable then other place. I hope the menu price will stay the same. . Ohh I forgot to mention that you can also adjust your level of sweetness . I have not tried their house special green tea which is thai green leaves and matcha. Jasmine Green Tea is still kind of tamed and boring even if you do the sea salt option which kind of gives it a medicine taste to it but that could have been the Jasmine. It's best to get the milk black tea. It's about the only tea that they have that will agree with the sugar level and this place loves to add the sugar. The black tea tastes rather exotic and unique.
