They know the filter I need why do I have to see Robert two times at least Last time last year, I said you're leaving before you charged me for the years maintenance. Needless to say after I arrived no one came for 3 1/2 hours and the excuse was he came by and no one was at the place. Why not call her text? However after waiting all that time he then calls and quotes a price of 500 dollars for a thermostat and installation. Never shows up. Still waiting. The office staff was very apologetic and we used Dymond when they first opened and they were great. Never again. In the meantime I called ARC in land o lakes. He's doing it for 200. So stay away. They do not care!!!!

Uh oh, this was going to be a problem because we were in the process of replacing a roof and all our money was going towards that. We called a couple A/C companies (including one who didn't call us back for three days) and the first to respond was A/C Repairs. They set up a visit for the following day. A/C Repairs arrived promptly at the time they said they were going to visit. They cleaned out our AC Line, inserted a small mechanism into the unit so that if it ever started to leak again it would automatically shut off and adjusted the line to the outside so that it would drain better. When they came to me with a bill of a little over a hundred dollars I jumped for joy. This sure beat a new unit. When it comes time to service (or more likely replace) our unit again, A/C Repairs will be the first company we call.

The Pasco County inspector even commented about how nice the job had been done. During a storm on Sunday, the main circuit breaker tripped off, and had to be reset. The air conditioning stayed off-line, so I called A/C Repairs, thinking I would leave a voice mail requesting service. I was surprised when the owner answered. He promised to be here by noon on Monday. They showed up at 9:30 am, and quickly found a damaged circuit breaker that feeds the air conditioner. They replaced the C/B, and the air conditioning worked. It was obviously not their fault, but rather one of those random events probably caused by an electrical surge, or something. When I offered to pay, I was surprised the owner said he wouldn't charge me. So if doing business with a small business with integrity appeals to you, give them a call.
