Hi, I am writing this review based on my very good and positive experience. 1. I am Illinois resident and I live 125 miles away (which is little more or less 3 hours drive for me) and seek their services in South Chicago. You might have already guessed the reason. Yes, they charge very genuine and reasonable price. They charge much cheaper than what other mechanics and service center is charging in my area. 2. Parts - They were able to find good parts with manufacturer warranty each time I went. Usually if it's costly parts they suggest to let them buy online and deliver to their store. This way you get very good discounted warranty parts. Usually I go there for little pricey parts. And always I got cheaper parts. For my own satisfaction I do have manufacturer warranties but never faced any issue with the parts I got. Means their choices of manufacturers are very good. 3. Timing - They have their store hours but since I travel from far distance they always happily adjusted my timings based on my convenience. They are good experienced and service time is great. 4. Experience - As I mentioned they are good experienced. I am happy with the quality of service and never experienced issue with the services I got. Sometimes I got bonus services for free. Hands down the number one automotive technician that I have ever met, This guy is 26 years old. Some may think the he is young, but age is just a number now a days.... I took my car to 4 different mechanic shops, they weren't able to get the problem solved, when I brought it to him he was able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong and why it had happened!!!! By far the best customer service as well as the most convienent mechanic you'll ever go to. Whenever something goes wrong with my car I just send a text over to jr the mechanic. Usually get a text back right away and I can make an appointment within minutes. I had a light come on one night I was very worried. A couple weeks ago I found out that my truck was leaking power steering fluid so I called the closest mechanic in town. Even though I was out of town Junior was very easy to work with and coordinated everything through brother. He even helped refer me to find a tow company. To start off, this guy doesn't try to point out issues with your car unlike other mechanics. He goes straight to the working and gets the job done. They may let you know that something needs work but won't try to get you to fix it right away. They have good prices and are quick. What else do you want.
