Jim and Tim Craft owns JT's Tree Service. Back in 2017, they were just starting out. They mentioned they were still buying equipment. I was impressed with what they already had. Most others would fell the trees and leave you with all limbs and timber and such to worry about. Not them. They raked all the small twigs and leaves. Chipped all limbs smaller than eight inches and took all the timber as firewood as per my request. I have no use for firewood. I do have a use for the chips. I hired them back in 2017. They came to remove 5 trees. They actually removed 6. They finished and left me the wood chips as I asked for. They cleaned my yard better than anyone else. Since they used their bucket truck on my driveway or hard ground, there was no way even if they tried to leave ruts on my property. I hired them back in 2017. They came to remove 5 trees. JT's team did a beautiful job of removing a downed tree from on top of a building, clearing some smaller trees away from wires and trimming hedges. They were friendly, thorough, and left the area cleaner than it has ever been. read more

Saw his add in the paper for a $100 off $1000 or more. We wanted some limbs taken off our tree. He wasn't very friendly while speaking but thought a estimate wouldn't hurt. Did an estimate for us IN THE DARK with a flashlight. Left the driveway full of sticks and sawdust. The yard was the same. The roof was the same. Took 2 weeks to remove 2 trees. Stayed at our house working till 9pm making noise. Broke our chain link fence. Ruined the neighbors yard. Ruined our sidewalk. Was rude to me and threatened to not finish the job when I left a bad review on their FB page. They did FINALLY come and clean up their mess a week after they were done but it took a lot of back and forth. They will match any written tree estimate that they want to do!We had them look at tree that had multiple estimates and they would not match any by the 10% discount they advertise.Don't waste your time with their false advertising! read more

Jim the owner came to my house to give me an estimate last February on three trees that I wanted trimmed. The estimate was in the price range I was looking for. I called him THREE times over the course of the next several months to lock in a time for him to come do the work. he NEVER got back to me. I even mailed him in October a copy of the written estimate he gave me, telling him that I wanted to have him do the work. STILL no response!! Disappointing lack of professionalism on his part.
