When told it was a bit much, he started flinging is arms saying "what you want it for free" and swearing at me in Spanish. Service is all hands on deck to get you in and out as soon as possible. Brought in a set of wheels and tires to have the tires transferred from the new to me wheels to my current wheels. Got me in and out in about an hour. Maybe even less. They are friendly people and greet you politely. They loaded/unloaded the wheels and tires out of the back of my truck. Mounted and balanced the tires I brought in. As for the prices, I can not complain. I checked around with some of the other large corporate Tire places for pricing for this service. Some of those places were charging over twice what I paid here. Again my opinion on pricing is for services only as I did not purchase any tires. read more

After reviewing online thru Yelp, I decided to go to Juan's tires because of the reviews and the fact that out of the 10 best tire shops in perris, they rank number 1. The reviews were outstanding and I understand exactly why they are number 1. I met Juan and INDIO(thumbs up) and they took good care of me and didn't price gouge me because I'm a female. They were very nice, cordial and friendly. I knew when I drove off, they would have my future tire need business. How I wish they did complete auto care. I have been to Juan's discount tires twice now. Both times I drove up with no appointment and they helped me immediately. The first time was to remove a screw. They patched it for the same price as Walmart and it was a quicker and more enjoyable experience. (My two babies stayed in the car.) plus it feels good to give my money to 'the little guy' rather than Walmart. They did the work quickly and I got to be nosy and watch the whole thing. We paid with my debit card and I got a receipt and several of their cards to hand out. Yesterday, I got a flat tire and called my roadside assistance to fix it, and this morning I drove up to Juan's discount tires on my spare donut. They were closed, but I was pretty sure thy opened at 8 so I waited. They arrived ten minutes beforehand and started on my car right away. They are experts. They don't need to discuss stuff they just do it. He thought he could patch my tire and I was glad because we are saving to move, and it would have been cheaper. He got it checked out and found I had a hole in the wall so I could not have it fixed. Bummer! So they offered me a use tire. All in all, after they opened to the time they were done installing and me paying, took about 25 minutes. Very nice guys, and I thought that 40 bucks for tire, install and all the hassle was well worth it. I even tipped ten bucks because these guys are great. Told my husband I demand he gets his new truck tires at Juan's discount tires. They even put my spare back where it goes, and shook my hand when I left. I love family businesses. read more

I want to give a hige shout out yo Eddie, you went above and beyond to help me today (6/20/17). I got a flat and my spare was too big on my truck, so he found me a new one and had it mounted and balanced all within a few minutes. The tire had an issue so he found another one and took care of me completely. No extra charge, this is the type of service that get's you repeat and loyal customers. So thank you.
