Been here multiple times and always forget to leave my review. So here it is ... hands the one of the best tire shops in the area. Straight business no hassle. I brought in my Lexus IS300, Nissan Altima, Nissan Sentra, and my Silverado. I trust this shop. Service is relatively fast, even if I have to wait it's never too long. Donuts and pizza is next door so you can always just grab a snack while you wait. Rain or shine they are almost always open. The workers here deserve their flowers. The workers work hard and still have fun while bumping their music. The value is pretty spot on. Overall it's almost always a better deal. No need to wait hours for a tech to be available and no need for them to try to up sell you on non-tire related repairs. I recommend everyone in my family and friends. We've been living in Perris for +20yrs and have been using Jimbo Tires for all our tire needs. My niece drove over a metal piece than got embedded in the tire. We had a feeling it could not be repaired, and we were right. My niece (23yrs old) and my mom (74yrs old) got to the tire shop before me. When I arrived a middle aged man was helping them. He quoted them $70-80 for a USED tire and $130 for a new tire on a 2022 Honda Civic. My mom being elderly assumed the new tire was the best option. I let him know we preferred the USED tire instead. He was visibly upset and rude. He stated my mom had already asked for the new one and that now he had to look for a used one. Mind you, we were the only ones there, with two young guys sitting on their phones playing games. He went to his used tire selection and came back and said he didn't have any and those were hard to find used. I said thank you but we don't want the new one. He angrily put back the spare and charged us for his time spent. We went down the street (literally two doors down) to Speed 1 Tires and Wheels. They were helping other customers and greeted us kindly. They charged us $45 for a used tire (in great condition). We were out of there in 15min. They were fast and efficient and NICE. Went with my brother to have his truck tire checked after leaving business in Canyon Lake area (we were told no wait) got there and it was an hour or more wait, so we drove to Jimbo's Tires, as we both have used Jimbo's service in the past. He drove in, employee/or owner immediately came over, jacked up the rear wheel, took off the tire and put in tub of water to look for leak-could not find any problem. Did advise my brother about the problem with the cap on the lug nuts hard to remove. After about 20 minutes of his evaluating all tires and setting proper tire presser-cost was only $10. We'll definitely continue to receive service here. While we were there another customer came in and I talked with her. She had wide tires on her Honda and couldn't find her model tire, until she came here. read more

Bad experience first time there they seemed nice I asked for a 225 40 ZR 18 he didn't show me the tire before changing it once he finished putting the tire a light on my car goes on it says tire malfunction red light and it shows it was for the front right side tire the one they just replaced !the guy from tire shop tells me it will read the pressure once it drives . So I tried to trust him I ran it down a few blocks still didn't detect my air pressure I went back and told him why didn't you tell me you put a different trim of tire a ZR is a sport tire which are the ones I had on it ! and he put me a regular R and tried saying that it was the same thing it does not look the same the side wall is different he didn't want to do anything about it and didn't even want to give me a response back . They are rude and charge everyone outside of their race more then the average price went in for a plug and they didn't even want to acknowledge me. I always shop for good used tires here $30-$45 pretty good shape. But today on this Friday July 21st 2022 I came to get a good used tire looking to spend no more than $45. They bring me a used tire with bold edges i ask if he got anything else he didn't speak English that good but he brings out another with good thread on it speaking Spanish to the other guy now he wants $50 for it then the other guy comes and they talking to each other then comes to me and say $60. No thats not happening it was supposed to be $45. Bad customer service was not happy with the service. When I came in they even dropped the price and found me 2 good looking tires. Right away they started lifting my car and getting straight to business. This place was AWFUL! Got a tire, two days later the tire went flat. Took it to a professional tire shop they stated that the tire was damaged from the inside. Took it back here and they blamed the damage on me when I only drove my vehicle for 4 days, so clearly the damage was already done.
