So I spent money on a pair of new wheels and transferring new tires to this specific 19x11 wheel which would cause a bit of a stretch with a 275/35/19 tire. They mounted the tire and didn't notify me that there was still a leak lucky I wasn't driving at the time. then I return the following morning and they pretty much didn't want to help me and I can't just find a NEW 275 width tire anywhere. I went this weekend I took my old tires and rims for a quote installation and to install them in the truck they gave me price and I agree, when they finish installing the tires, they start putting new one in the back off the truck I asked him the price was to install them in the truck he replied you don't the nut to fit don't you guys carry them here? I can buy them they say no we don't. I told them I have some at home. I'll be back in five minutes as I returned. They told me that the rims and tires will not fit in the truck. excuses. So I left and I returned two days later I installed it tires myself one of them had a flat tire so I returned to them and asked him to fix the one and they still charge me. I didn't wanna argue with them. I just paid it and left not worth arguing they change a lot for service and then didn't even install the tires and I got charged for them... seems like the customer service is going down the drain on the shop. I will not go back and I bought them three sets of tires in the past and some Service with this one. I will not return. The arrogant young sales rep. suggested new tires that were too tall ( Also less in quality for the price) and would have rubbed and been damaged by the wheel wells & by the sales reps. wicked plot to get me into a legal entangliment with Americas Tire by most likely not taking responsibilty for his tire size suggestion. Had a blowout on my motorhome. From the freeway I saw an automotive shop and called them, they didn't do tires, but recommended this place. I called them and they had a tire that would fit. I was, thankfully, able to thump my motorhome the mile to their shop and pull in. They got to work right away, informed me that another tire was about to go as well, and swapped my spare in place while they were at it. These guys were incredible. I tried to take my truck to this place when I got a blow out. I went and got a quote for four brand new tires. When I called back to verify what kind of tires, the kid answering the phone had no idea what was going on. He was in no hurry to help me. Pretty much just responded with I don't know. I decided to still use them anyway bc I wanted to use a local business. So I had to drive all the way back there to Get the info he could have gave me over the phone with little to no effort. When i arrived He's just finishing up his fast food. Then the kid tells me, "oh there he is" and points to the guy who helped me while smirking. I got the info for the tires and went to pick up my truck. I had AAA pick up my truck. When I called to let them know that I was on my way. The same kid who answered the phone told me that it was too close to closing. They were done for the day even though it's was 20 minutes till. Every time I was able to pull right up to the shop and the crew worked on my car ASAP. I was in and out within 15 minutes every time. My tire was flat when I woke up this morning so I called AAA to remove the tire and put the spare on. I took the tire to Miranda Tires and Wheels to get it fixed. He fixed the tire but would not re-install the tire underneath my vehicle, not even as a courtesy. I am a Lyft driver and I can't drive around with a spare tire in my trunk and I certainly can't go around without a spare tire. I had to go to an auto mechanic down the road who did it for me. They did it as a courtesy. I gave a 4 rating because normally this shop is very fast and efficient. Perhaps it was just a bad day for him. It's very hot and perhaps he was very tired and hungry. I could see he was annoyed as soon as I drove up. Wouldn't be so bad had he not left me in a perdicament. read more

This is a review for Rafael. I'm a real estate agent with a listing in San Jacinto but was 3 hours away from my other listing! I had a nail in my tire and my insurance company wasn't able to get a hold of a towing company. It was about 110 degrees out and as you can imagine I looked like a damsel in distress. Very shady business here. Wasted lots of time & money getting my trailer to them before 6 as I was told to get the old bad tires replaced. Got there 20 minutes before & they were closing, said too late, after I was in contact with them 3 times in that hour. Then to top it off, they said they would open the gates & do it for more money! Second time I've been here. Once after a blowout I had and another to change my other bald tire. This place and its employees are honest and helpful and prices are for sure reasonable. When I go in for 4 tires and the guy say "I'll sell you 4 tires if you want, but truthfully you only need one" and he shows you why only one is needed it speaks a lot for integrity. Being in sales, the up-sell is always a plus. Even this there was the opportunity to do so, they guy (sorry didn't get his name) was very upfront about that I didn't need to spend that money. What a great guy and business that I have been to in a long time. I came in on a Saturday or Sunday just at closing time to get an emergency tire repair. The gentleman replaced my tire with a smile and was so very pleasant and got me back on the road in no time. He was just so friendly and courteous. I purchased brand new tires through Amazon and searched Yelp for a local tire shop to have the tires mounted and balanced. I choose this shop due to the great reviews on Yelp. The transaction at the shop was painless and quick. The next day while driving on the freeway I noticed my car started to vibrate at 50 MPH, also the handling was terrible and I was loosing MPGs. After some research I came to the conclusion that the tires weren't properly balanced. I went to another tire shop and asked them to check if the tires were properly balanced. All four tires were checked and all of them were completely unbalanced! The new shop I went to said the new tires were never balanced when they were mounted. WTF! How the fuck do you mount tires without balancing them? Save your self a headache and potential damage to your vehicle and use another shop. read more

My car was shaking violently because I bent two of my rims when I ran over debris in the road. I came here without calling first after hitting up 3 different tire shops who didn't have my rims and the two guys working were SO kind. They didn't have the right rims for my little Scion either but one gentleman had me pull my car in and he told me that they could try and fix the dents for me because the tires were going to lose air on those damaged rims. He also showed me how bad one of my tires was. All told, fixing my rims and getting a tire at this place was astonishingly inexpensive and the guys who work here are super cool.
