I was informed that the ignition coil wiring had been repaired improperly and that the spark plugs installed were not the correct part number for my vehicle. I was also never shown the diagnostic trouble codes or provided with a printout explaining why each repair was being recommended. Although the shop agreed to honor its warranty and make corrections after I raised these concerns, I believe the repairs should have been performed correctly the first time. As a customer, I lost confidence in the quality of the workmanship and the diagnostic process. The trust I had in this business is now gone, and unfortunately I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for reliable automotive repairs.

They also do other services as well as long as he has the air filter. The didn't provide any receipt or feedback on checking any other items. They said it would be emailed to me but I haven't received it even a day later (I've checked my spam folder). To make matters worse, a little oil leak has developed below this vehicle that has NEVER leaked oil previously. I'm sincerely hoping it was just leftover drips that they didn't wipe up, but I'll have to keep monitoring it. My recommendation: make an appointment at some reputable mechanic shop instead of going here. More headache than the time savings was worth.

I told the technician to change the back light also and he forgot to put it on the invoice so I had to wait extra time for that. I usually get a sticker telling me when to return and it was the wrong one with three times the mileage, I asked for a new one and he brought me out a hand written one and when I told him I didn't want it he did get a computer generated one. I asked him to see that the oil was changed, he did so but other places automatically show you while you wait in your car. My overall experience was not a good one. I would not recommend this place and I'm glad I took my car instead of wife's which I was going to but it wasn't time for service.
