I would absolutely not use this business based on my experience…read more I initially spoke with the owner by phone and then arranged for him to come to an apt I was handling for the landlord to provide an estimate. After he gave me his quote, I told him, "Okay, I'll get back to you. I have to get my other quotes." His response was, "F*** this. I knew you were wasting my time," and he walked away. I was shocked by the reaction. I had never told him that I was definitely hiring him, and I don't think there is anything unusual about getting more than one estimate before deciding who to hire. Later, after I told him that if he speaks to all of his customers the way he spoke to me I was surprised he gets any business at all, he responded by calling me a "scumbag" and saying he knew I was one from our phone conversation. I can only describe my own experience, but based on the way I was spoken to both in person and afterward by THE OWNER , I would not use this business or recommend it to others. They don't even deserve one star. But there was choice for zero stars

However, they carefully wrapped all the furniture and placed it in our breezeway, garage, and basement instead. The only issue we encountered was getting them back to move the furniture back into the house. We made an appointment for their return, but it wasn't recorded in their schedule. As a result, we had to wait four days for our furniture to finally be brought back into the house.

The moving job was on a very hot summer day, three people. They all worked very hard, and they are professional movers: fast, nice, and careful. They wrapped and protected my big flat TV. They dismantled some furniture, such as the dinning table, and put them back at my new home. Most importantly (to a lot of people), Boston Moving charges a very reasonable price. I chose them among several choices, and I am very satisfied with my decision. I recommend them to all people who are looking for professional service with affordable price.
