    The order of loganiza

Que Dios me perdone, pero este lugar es un ROBO!! Dique 27 dólares por un triple gorpe... aye por favor. This place is SO EXPENSIVE y la comida is mediocre . Este lugar no dale la pena, this place is NOT worth it ! Mejor me voy pa la Bandera next time. This place is not worth the price. 3 dollars per slice of extra cheese, an order of loganiza 6$? The cheapest thing was the toasted bread with butter but the bread was old and hard, not warm and gooey. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING HERE.

Been ordering here for years Good food Fast delivery Sometimes they get busy and it's understandable . Here's pics of the menu Hope that helps

Well Made Mofongo and the Beef Stew Broth was good. Masita de Cerdo needs more Flavor.

Cons 1. Garlic Sauce was too Vingery. 2. Plantains was Cold and Basic Flavor Standards. Maybe season them with Cinnamon and Honey to take it up a notch. 3. The Majarete pudding was too watery and expensive for it's portion size. 4. Sangria was HORRIBLE and it was done by the Owner according to my server. The Sangria was Overpriced for the lack of Flavor of $30.00. I had to purchase 2 Shots of Dark Rum and 2 Shots of Brandy with Passion Fruit Juice to give it some Flavor. I was so Disappointed that the Sangria was that bad it tasted like if they opened up a Bottle of Red Blend Bottle and poured it in my pitcher. 5. Masitas de Cerdo Frito needs more Flavor. Pros 1. Large Portion and Affordable. 2. Rice and Pigeon Peas was cooked Well. 3. Fried Chicken with the Bone was good. 4. Fried Yuca Fries was good. 5. Red beans was good. 6. Oxtail Stew was made good. 7. Avocado was fresh. 8. Mofongo was made Well. 9. Carne con Papas (Beef Stew) is flavorful.

I'm glad this place is around us- they have so many Caribbean typical dishes, things taste good, and prices are okay. We enjoyed the tortillas, cooked the way i like, the mofongo was good in texture, but the chicharrón was soft. Nonetheless this is our favorite breakfast place now.

The food was so goood! Loved the mangu with 3 golpes. Coffee is great and love that they give you bread on the side to munch onVery good. And the ladies were so nice and always had a smile on which i most definitely appreciated!

I ordered a large skirt steak and got two different pieces. Called to complain and the cook himself told the waitress/host that It was a "Skirt Steak" that he cooked.. can anyone else see the difference here, or am I going blind? For those prices!!!!! I mean come on, I understand we are human and make mistakes but don't fight back and say you cooked a full skirt steak when I am the one paying money for It.

All I can say is omg!!!!!! Was visiting my father in law and got hungry yelped this place and decided to give it a try. Needless to say I was surprisingly surprised the food was awesome. I had black beans and breaded steak. It was my husband and I and our two children. The kids ate everything on their plate didn't leave one morsel. Portions are ridiculous. Ambiance is meh but hey you can't want everything. The place can be brightened a bit. Went to the bathroom and it was ok but not to my standards of clean. There was the cable box on a shelf there and was tempted to change the channel but decided not to. Hehehehe. As far as the bill it was four meals and a takeout order for my father in law. It was 45 dollars great deal and we brought food back. Highly highly recommend if you want down home Dominican cooking at a great price.

One of my go to spots for good Spanish food. With alot of choices in the area it's sometimes hard to pick a place - JyG is hands down one of the best. This is a locals favourite in Union City. Great for brunch, with a full bar. The daily specials are one of the best bang for your buck in town. Great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Don't be discouraged if you don't speak Spanish - i've gotten by every time.

The service was attentive from the very beginning, and they immediately took care of us and made the entire experience feel personal and genuine. Once the food came out, every single dish was absolutely delicious. You can truly tell that Juana takes pride in what she does and prepares every meal with care and love for her customers. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, especially the mangu, Cuban sandwich and Rabo - which was amazing! And the desserts were absolutely outstanding -- we left & took home habichuela con dulce and she shared some of her special dessert with us to try and enjoy! My grandson took it lol. It's the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. Her son was also so personable and kind, which made the experience even more memorable for my entire family. It's rare to find a place that combines amazing food with such heartfelt hospitality. We had an amazing time and will absolutely return whenever we're back in the New Jersey area. Thank you, Juana and son, for the incredible food, kindness, and unforgettable experience!

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time. When we walked in, we were seated quickly,…read morewhich was a great start. There was also a DJ playing and the music was really good, creating a fun and lively atmosphere. One thing to keep in mind is that they do not have a parking lot, so street parking is the only option. The prices are also on the higher side, but I was still open to seeing if the experience would be worth it. We ordered the picadera Dominicana and the waiter asked if we wanted guacamole. At no point did she mention that it would be an extra charge, so we said yes assuming it was part of the dish. We also ordered a passion fruit sangria pitcher, which was delicious and a good size for sharing. The picadera itself was good and we enjoyed the flavors. Unfortunately, the experience changed when the bill came. Since we were splitting the bill, they charged the appetizer as two separate portions, which ended up costing more. On top of that, we were charged $13 for a very small cup of guacamole, which they labeled on the receipt as "decorative guac" (it was presented as a Dominican flag in the middle). For just an appetizer and a pitcher of sangria, our total came out to $70. What really left a bad impression was when the server brought the bill back and pointed out where the tip section was, as if we didn't know how to read or weren't planning to tip. That felt unnecessary and a bit rude. It's unfortunate because the food and atmosphere had potential, and I likely would have given this place a much better rating if the lack of transparency about the guacamole charge and the comment about the tip hadn't happened.

I'm really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a $20 salad for delivery, and it arrived…read moremissing ingredients that were clearly listed--no onions, no carrots, and no corn. For that price, I expect to receive what's advertised. I called to let them know, and the response I got was just, "sorry about that, I'll let the cook know." No offer to make it right in any way. That kind of response is frustrating, especially when you've paid a premium. Unfortunately, this experience didn't meet expectations at all. I wouldn't order again.

They're known for their incredible Rotisserie Chicken which I can confirm is in fact incredible. It's flavorful, juicy, deliciously roasted, and tender. The chicken skin was crispy and rich in flavor but literally the dark and white parts were equally tasty. Honestly probably some of the best Rotisserie chicken I've ever had. My favorite piece was the thigh, super juicy and delicious. The onions were sweet, crisp, and refreshing - I've never had this with a rotisserie chicken before but it's a game changer. They also serve it with their hot sauce which was both smoky and zesty. The sides I got are a non-negotiable, in my opinion. Both the Pigeon Pea Rice & Moro Rice were well-seasoned, fluffy, and went great with the Rotisserie chicken. The portion is also amazing for the price; it was easily 4 servings! The Maduros were extremely oily but I love the savory-sweet balance you get from them along with the chicken and rice. Super delicious! The Jupiña Pineapple Soda was a good try but could be skipped next time. Note: their menu has cash and credit card prices so you will be paying slightly more per item if you pay with card. All in all, it was an amazing meal that hit the spot and great value! Highly recommend.

Franklin, the owner, was very nice and steered me to some great choices. I got the beef and cheese and the beef chimichurri, both outstanding. I am saving my guava and cheese one for later but it also looks good. While the empanadas were delicious, the generous portions of sauce complemented quite nicely and kicked it up to another flavor level. The pink Siracha is creamy with a kick. The chimichurri sauce is very fresh with lots of garlic. You can pick up to three empanada and two sauce flavors for the meal. The store looks empty but if the door is open, walk in and someone will be out from the back.
