Party of 6, 6:20 pm on a Wednesday night. Ordered off of new limited menu. 30 minutes for salad... over an hour wait for food. No drink refills, not one time checked on. Food was not great. Service was great and every item was done well. Our waitress brought out 2 glasses of tea at one time since she noticed i was sipping them down fast lol. I found it very attentive. We were sitting at a super fun round booth and had a couple sitting next to us who told us how great the waitress is. They seemed to be regulars, but hearing that they also enjoyed the service was a great sign. The inside reminded me of space. The lights hanging down looked like planets and the view of the water was very surprising. I really enjoyed the large windows. It felt like I was on a cruise ship. My friend said that the steak was to die for!! I tried it and I agreed. I asked him if we could switch entrees hahaha. Of course, he kept his meal to himself:( The hollandaise sauce could've been more lemony..I barely tasted any lemon and I didn't see any real vanilla beans in the creme brûlée. Both aren't the biggest deal. I'm not a fan of blue cheese but it tasted amazing on the steak! The veal broke apart like butter. If I was able to use emojis on reviews, I would put a bunch of the face that looks satisfied with it's mouth drooling. Anytime I crave a steak, I think of Bogarts. The place looked beautiful and had a nice vibe. The severe was incredible and our waitress was really nice. I ordered the bistro burger and was not disappointed. It's one of the better burgers I've had. Also, kids are welcome even though it is in a casino. Five stars would recommend. read more

Any stars at all are for the server alone. She was nice and as helpful as she could be but not really set up for success by the establishment. Our visit started out with an excuse that they didn't have many bottles of wine available for purchase. Actually they had only two bottle one for $160 and one for $200. One would think that if they were unable to get wine from "the state of Mississippi" they would have sought out another source (L&M?) on the days leading up to New Years eve. It's a holiday that any restaurant should prepare for to ensure the best results. Never a lack of resources just a lack of resourcefulness. I'm not sure if they're trying to be upscale or a diner. We finally agreed on a bottle of Malbec that was available. They brought the bottle to us already uncorked. What's up with that? If they had any class at all, the bottle would have been opened at the table. Now for the food. Scallops appetizer was not good at all. Scallops were obviously not cooked correctly as they were watery, warm and squishy. Shrimp cocktail came out on a plate nice any attempt at presentation. The French onion soup was pretty phenomenal. The steaks were cooked adequately and correctly to the level doneness. I can do better at home. Mushrooms were good. Deserts were good. Nothing to write home about. Not a large selection. I'm sure there's an excuse for that as well. On our way out we noticed several bottles of wine at the front that we weren't allowed to purchase because they only wanted to sell by the glass. The wine element seems more like a scam or a lazy or absent buyer. This was probably a two in one (first and last) visit for us. I'm sure it's more than adequate for a buzzed gambler who wants a decent meal but don't take your wife here for her birthday celebration. For a $500 dinner (table of four), you can do better at any other of the multitude of restaurants at the many other casinos. They just don't try very hard to ensure a top shelf dining experience. read more

I get free comps here and for the last 4times the food hasn't been that great. I ordered the 14oz ribeye rare and i get a medium rare. Decent vibes with half moon booths facing the windows, but be warned if you dress for a date night, you'll be overdressed, like me. Many people with comps I'm guessing, jeans, beer bottles, t-shirts. However, food is above average. Redfish was fresh and seared perfectly, not dry. French onion soup was delish! Wine selections acceptable & desserts varied. I absolutely loved the creme brûlée. Excellent service, frequent attention. If you're looking for a steakhouse, give it a try. If you want an exclusive feeling environment (as if everyone is on a date night), skip and try somewhere further east along the coast. read more

Came here for a two day respite from work. Pleasantly surprised. Food and service here is excellent. Had the ahi and Asian bits app. Both done perfectly My filet you could cut with a fork and wife's swordfish with crawfish risotto was just plain out of sight. Tracy our server was attentive and professional throughout. Only think that prevents this from a 5* is although they had an extensive wine list, no drink/beer menu. Makes it difficult to order either if you don't know what they have. read more

The food was fabulous, the view is phenomenal, and the service was outstanding! I can't recommend enough.

I am not someone who jumps for chicken when I go out and opted for the prime rib. My friend had the chicken. The chicken was oh so good.....I mean so very good that we both shared the chicken and brought the prime rib home. It was repurposed for another meal. It was really good as well. Nice place. Visiting Bay St Louis for the weekend we chose Bogarts for our Sunday dinner experience. Started with the onion soup which was served hot and delicious. Entrees consisted of cowboy ribeye for my husband and it was cooked perfectly, seasoned nicely, juicy and tender. I had the filet and lobster tail. I was leary of the lobster being tough hut this was not the case. Filet was tender and flavorful. Desserts were both amazing. Note. 1 is enough to split. We tried bread pudding and blondie. Absolute perfection. This dining experience is high on my favorite list. Our table was right next to the glass wall- perfect view of the gulf. Pelicans, gulls and various fish were abundant. I ordered the scallops over piped mashed potatoes. Omg. Melt in my mouth amazing. Husband got a steak with lump crab meat on top. He said the steak was good but the crab on top was AMAZING. Absolutely awful. Sat down at 6:00PM. Didn't ask for order until 6:30 then it took until 7:18 to get our meals. On top of that, I wasn't served my meal. They had to "recook it" after everyone else in my party got their food. I full heartedly believe she forgot to put my order in until everyone else's came out. I was not offered any compensation, words of relief, or anything else for waiting an extra 45 minutes to get my food.
