I made an appointment for an eye exam on the phone, because I needed a new contact lens prescription. Dr Lee was very thorough and took her time to explain everything. I also decided to get an Optomap retina scan due to some other health issues and she explained the images to me. Terrible service. Got to my 10:30am appointment at 10:15am, filled out paper work and then was sitting there till like 10:30am-ish and they told me that they were running behind and I can walk around and shop and they will call me when they are ready for me. So of course I was going to do my shopping. I get a call back at 11:20am saying they are ready for me. Almost an hour later than my appointment. So I finished checking out and walk back (this was at most 2-3min). And they said I should sit at the chairs and wait. After I sat for another 5-10 min I noticed the person with the 11am appointment inside doing their exam. How are they going to let a person with a later appointment go ahead?!? And they claimed they tried to call me and the call didnt go through and the 11am appointment person was sitting there. Complete BS cause im using target wifi and have wifi calling and had 3 bars. The person on the phone also mentioned that their 'system was down' and couldnt contact me. I did the PAPERwork with my number on it... they didnt need a computer to get my number. They are just using that excuse. Why offer to call when they are ready for me when they arent and are just gonna let people ahead of me. I left after waiting 1 hr and 15 min cause thats some bs. Dr judith Lee is the excellent professional and she gave me the best options for my eyes, I was a bit skeptical going to see a new eye doctor , all i can say i was impressed. she will see you on time, take all the time to undertand and help you with your prescription and most important you dont feel rush, Dr Lee will take the time to give you a detail exam and, I dont think I have ever gotten this much time and attention at any other office professional clean office Dr lee cares about you all around great service you will be seeing at the exact time of your appoitment her office is not over booked and as you go in you do her personal service with the Dr. 100% visit this doctor office you will be as happy as I'm with my prescription. Crazy receptionist and terrible service! They do not honour your appointment! Don't waste your time to come here. They put the blame/excuses back on you, instead of questioning themselves about their slow response and service, and delayed start to their work! I called in two days ago and booked for 9:30am for my kid. We came in on time and were the first customers to arrived, We filled up the form and was told to wait outside. About 10:05am I saw a man walk out their clinic door, so we walked in and sat inside to wait. Then he came back and said he's Dr. Michael Lee and he had those people with him who were for 10am appt. He told us we are late!? So he would have to make us wait and see if there's time to squeeze us in. I told him we are not late, we were here before them (I pointed at those people for 10am appt). Then the parent even nodded his head. When I asked him again, he answered "Yes, you are before us." Dr Michael went out back and said "The receptionist said you're late to check in." So I walked out the door to ask her, "Why did you said we were late!? We were here on time and before anyone else?" Then she said we filled up the form too slow!? Of the past 15 years I have gone in for an eye exam, this doctor was the best! I usually say, as long as the exam itself is good who cares if the doctor is nice or not. Dr. Lee was both very great at relating to her patient AND she provided a very thorough eye exam. She was very efficient and very helpful in explaining things she noticed during the eye exam. Reviews speak for themselves. I had just gone in for an eye exam at a America's Best chain 6 months prior before I read the reviews of that place and it was vastly different from this experience. She did several different types of testing during the exam. Even with my lens care questions, she gave me excellent tips. Had my eye exam recently with Dr. Lee and was really happy with the service and care I received. Typically, I'm used to the doctor just going through the motions but Dr. Lee took the time to explain what she was doing, what she was looking for, and explained how my vision was. Dr. Lee also took a photo of my eye with her retinal machine. This was the first time I was ever offered this service which was cool because she showed me the picture right away and explained what she was looking for. Aside from the top notch service and actually helping explain and making this a good experience, she's located inside Target. So I mean, that's a win in itself. read more

I was extremely pleased with Dr. Lee as well as the staff in the associated Target Optical department. Dr. Lee is very friendly and puts one at ease. While she moves quickly through an exam, she is still very thorough and will not hesitate to stop for further inspection or discussion if she sees an issue or there is a question. I very much appreciated her overall review at the end when looking at the photos she took of the inside of my eyes, thoroughly explaining not only what she was looking for during this visit but how she will use them as a reference point in future years to look for changes that might require treatment beyond just a new eyeglass prescription. Perhaps most of all, she has the new equipment to take those eyeball pictures without the need for dilating one's pupils. Her office is very clean. All eye exams are pretty much the same routine but this optometrist set the bar in my book! I had seen Dr. Lee in the past and loved her so much I tracked her down at her new location.
