These smoothies are SO good! Rating is for smoothies alone since that's all I get here. I've gotten a few types, but the Power Lift is by Far my Favorite!! I get it with almond milk but I love getting some protein in after a workout, and I honestly Crave this smoothie now. The flavors just taste so great together! I had my friend try and she's obsessed now too. The smoothies usually come out pretty quick, and the staff I've encountered have been pretty kind to me. I came to redeem my free smoothie. I've never had one from here before. So, as i'm walking up to the counter there are three people behind the bar mopping. Took them a second to get to me, cool. One starts ringing me up, the second one starts making my drink and I asked him if he washed his hands. He looked flabbergasted and responded with "I mean.." I said "Yes or No", He said "No, I can wash my hands and make you a new one". "Ok, cool." I go to the other side to pick up and the girl that's there is holding a mop and taking the smoothie out of the blender. I let it go, took the smoothie, as I'm drinking it these bristles are coming out of every sip. Smoothies are great! I don't recommend the açaí bowl, they use frozen berries and are stingy with the granola. For $9.99, they should be using fresh fruit. Unfortunately; the customer service is what's really disappointing. There is one employee specifically (younger Hispanic female) that is never friendly and always responds rudely. The best smoothies and customer services is always good ..How ever When you move up the ladder customer service things get a little uncomfortable to say the least ..I recently had to undergo some personal changes in my life both physically and financially as many of us have...so I canceled my gym membership with LVAC after four years in doing so I requested a refund from LVAC smoothies because I can no longer physically go into the gym, only to be told that Almost 8 dollars of my remaining balance would be kept because they cannot prove if they had given me the "free" smoothie that they give you when you make your first deposit on to the account for future purchases we'll that sounds like a pay later sort of thing to me not at all free .. well needless to say this act of thievery/ unfairness upset me so I asked to speak to someone higher up a man named Junior (the GM) is who I spoke to and he attempted to explain to me the same thing that if there's money left on your account and you want the refund you're gonna be deducted almost 8 dollars mind you there's no contract or any sort of agreement that was made they don't even notify you of this they do not tell you that if you have money on your account and want to cancel they will keep funds ..so during our conversation Junior decides to pretty much tell me that I'm a nasty person ! that I don't have to be so nasty then adding insult to injury tells me that it's only seven dollars and he's not going to argue with me over it (whoa)mind you it was never an argument!!! I was seeking clarity and a refund in full cause that's fair ! Rite?? after I told him he was too human to be anybody's judge he said he's not going to argue with me over it ..it's just seven dollars I responded by saying thank you ! After He completely insulted me!!! I then texted my addy to his assistants phone so hopefully my little money will come cause not all of us are ok & everything counts!! not to his knowledge but the last year of our lives have been complete turmoil we've lost four people to Covid in my immediate family and I haven't had a job in over a year so yeah Junior seven dollars is a lot to me right now!!!!!!!!!! I really like the juice bar here at the gym. I'm into my green smoothies. Not so much the yogurt or dairy ones. I have not tried any other items on the menu but sometimes they are grilling steak and it makes it hard to focus on running on the track. Friend bought me a smoothie after our workout and I was surprised to how good it was. I was always unsure because sometime when I open the gym doors from outside its a combination of food and sweat so I was never really interested in ordering anything from the health bar. This juice bar is always on point, if ever there is one thing I always get it's the pre workout for only $2 ( I always get the fruit punch one ) then secondly they have so many different smoothies to choose from that I love love love ... I still haven't gotten around to trying them all. I love the idea of grabbing something on the way out so I don't eat crap when I go home. It's super convenience since it's open late. I can grab a shake after my midnight workout and go to bed. When I signed up I got a free shake which was a nice little incentive. I have had the chance to try the Skinny Acai, which includes apple juice, strawberry, acai, soy protein, and yogurt. I also tried the Berry Me, which includes apple juice, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, banana, soy protein, and yogurt. I ordered without banana. The staff has been really friendly and helpful each time I've been there. The first time I was a little over whelmed with all the choices. They have coffee flavor, peanut butter, fruity, and even green. They gave me a run down and I've been back a few times. They also have some food items that look good. The chipotle chicken wrap, avocado toast, breakfast wraps, and salads. I haven't tried anything yet but they look pretty yummy. Excited to try more protein smoothies and find my favorites. read more

Everything is very healthy and delicious, my only complaint is that it is a little expensive for a shake or a meal. DO NOT PUT MONEY ON YOUR GYM CARD FOR THE JUICE BAR. I put $150 onto my card and lost it that following week. I called and was patient and explained that I wasn't asking for anything but my money back onto my NEW gym card that I paid $12 to receive. After, receiving the new card, I asked the juice bar to transfer the funds to my new card. After 2 weeks of them having "complications", I was instructed to speak with JR who is the warehouse manager for all the Juice bars of LVAC. When I spoke to JR on the phone, he made a mockery of my complaint, and it has now been over a month with no remedy to my situation. Usually I pay around 6 something because they just replace the supplements, but today the girl charged me $7.31. I love this place. I'm so cranky in the mornings and they are always SO nice. The barista dude who helped me this morning encouraged me to load money on my card and showed me all the ways that prepaying, buying certain amounts saves money. He was a great salesman and totally convinced me. I wish I caught his name so I could give him a shout out. 5/5 for service. My favorite shake is going ape and it is definitely worth 5/5. First of all, I love the fact that they are open every time I go to the gym, which can range from 2-4am. I always order their paninis and wraps and they taste absolutely great! The one downside (which I knocked a star down for) is that I haven't seen any nutritional facts about their menu items. Not a biggie if you don't care about that stuff but I do. Another peeve I have is that sometimes it takes 10-15 minutes just to get a bottle of water when they're busy. But that's to be expected I suppose. They do have an incentive program where if you activate (deposit into your LVAC card) with more money, they give you a free smoothie and more credit in your account. Lots of smoothies and food to choose from. They also have rice bowls and salads as well as pre-packaged foods like parfaits, sandwiches, and hard boiled eggs among others. They also sell protein shakes, pre-workouts, quest bars (yay!!), and jerky. Great after or before workouts! Overall, very convenient place to grab a snack or lunch to go after hitting the gym. read more

LVAC Juice Bar isn't always my first choice of where to refuel after a hard workout, but when I do it's usually because i'm being lazy. My experiences at this particular one have been limited as this location isn't my primary one. On my last visit, they seemed to be a bit shrt staffed because the amount of orders were clearly overbearing for the people who were working. "Going Ape" and the "Wake Me Up" are my favorites protein shakes of all of the ones that they offer. Get's the job done which is all that matters right? read more

Tasty shakes to order when you're on the go after a good workout. My favorite is the "berry me" shake, I usually get my shakes with whey. Don't make the mistake of ordering a shake before your workout, the shake's fill me up which makes it hard to work out. They also sell salads and other healthy snacks. After my workout today I ordered two drinks and four bites. I asked for my two drinks to be split in twO cups. Usually when I order a drink it's to the top and they put extra on a liTtle styrofoam cup because it's extra!!! Which is a nice thing they do! I've been an LVAC member for over 4 years and frequented this very often until the Decatur location opened up. I went back to this one since I was on that side of town. I got a shake after my workout as I always do except this time the service was the worst I've ever seen. The lady behind the counter was more interested in talking with the regulars than she was in making the shakes. After I waited 15 minutes for her to acknowledge that I was there she finally realized there was a line forming behind me. She took my order and the order of the person behind me but the third and fourth person must've been regulars because I had to wait for their conversation to get to a stopping point before my shake was even started.
