The smoothies are expensive, and somewhere between the gluten free snacks and the checkout screen I realized I had accidentally walked into a snack shop with a side of political commentary. As a business decision, I'm confused--why intentionally flavor your branding in a way that only appeals to half the customers? That's like opening a smoothie bar and proudly announcing you only serve people who pronounce "quinoa" correctly. And the merch situation... are we here for a protein smoothie or a pop-up museum of tiny smoothie-shop war criminal figurines? Between the themed items and drinks with alphabet names that sound like they were generated by an algorithm mid-argument, I wasn't sure if I should order a banana smoothie or attend a town hall. Now I'm wondering--if I had shown up with a reusable cup in the wrong color or a tote bag with the "wrong vibe," would my smoothie have tasted different? Extra oats? Less oat milk? Emotional garnish? Anyway, I just came for a smoothie, not a statement. I'd prefer my snacks blended, not my customer experience. Stop virtue signaling. It's not a good business idea. read more

Great food and very filling. They also have a friendly, courteous staff. It's worth noting that the food is priced reasonably in comparison to other vegan establishments in Las Vegas. They used to have a downtown location, but are now deep on the westside. Hopefully one day they'll return with a more centralized location so I can visit more often. read more

I was curious to try the RSTLNE sandwich with housemade soy curl bakon jam. Being very protective of every lunch and dinner on trips to bigger cities I decided to get this for take out breakfast since they opened in the AM and I wanted to save the day's other meals for other places that were stronger targets for me. The sandwich was good, especially for a breakfast. My general rating system: 1 star: I would stay away 2 stars: Has some good things about it but I generally don't recommend. 3 stars: Pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but a decent place 4 stars: Great place. I would go back. 5 stars: I highly recommend stopping whatever you are doing and making plans to try it out! Upon walking in we were immediately greeted and there are so many options to choose from here! If you need gluten free, vegan options or just healthier food choices this is your spot. They offer sammiches, salads, pastries, smoothies, and lattes. It's really pretty in here and so bright with the surrounding murals inside the cafe, it's a really nice touch. They have indoor and patio seating if it's a nice day and you want to enjoy some vitamin d lol. The customer service here was pretty great, the cashier was very kind and gave great recommendations since it was our first time here. I will say it was a bit of the wait for the food so don't get hangry, I swear it's worth the wait! You can taste the quality in the ingredients here. And the greens are nice and fresh! This is such a cute place hidden in a shopping plaza that I wouldn't have visited if I wasn't referred here. The staff were so friendly and we were greeted upon arrival and even offered a sample cookie, which was delicious! I think my expectations were just set too high. The restaurant itself was pretty crowded. There was a steady stream of people coming in during the lunch hour. You order at the register. Take your number. And find a seat. The staff bring you your food and drinks and the service is very efficient. There is a large mural of the birth of Venus in their dining room. We had the basil chicken salad sandwich- it had a lot of flavor, but I found it to be a little bit dry and overwhelming. The complicated order was very good. Both sandwiches came with a little side salad and a simple vinegarette. I can't speak to any of the beverages as I didn't have any. However, they had a very extensive coffee menu, and everyone seemed to be getting a coffee. I feel like maybe my expectations were a little bit too high? I'm lactose intolerant so it's really awesome to find a place that caters to all diets. I always order a bacon egg and cheese sandwich with vegan cheese, so it feels like the best of both worlds. I also LOVE their vegan cheesecake and pastries. My boyfriend can't tell that the pastries are vegan, they're that good. We also gobbled up a few of their cookies the next day and they were divine. I was impressed with their fun selection of Olipop Sodas. I normally don't even drink soda but, I was tempted by the organization of the case to be honest. I tried the Ginger Lemon and LOVED IT.
